It was smaller than I thought. However, it was a nice gift to let a new mom know she deserves some pampering.

Mama Gifts for an Idealized Postpartum Experience!
I can see a group of well-meaning coworkers giving this as a group gift to a mom they don’t know well. When I unwrapped the brown paper, I was greeted by the scent of lavender (one that smelled kind of like laundry soap). The wrapping is pretty.Cards: They are printed on glossy cardstock. There is a modern looking line drawing on one side and a saying, like “Mama you are beautiful (sic)”…with no punctuation. There’s ten of them. Some of them sound kind of the opposite of what one might actually be feeling.Tracker: The print is really small. I don’t know that someone who’s really tired could write that small. It would be hard to see at night.It feels like Sch*lastic paperback book. It doesn’t feel like a keepsake. I guess it’s meant to be small and easy to carry around to like all those pediatrician visits.Camomile Tea: It comes in a metallic silver tone package. The box the package comes in is nice, though. It’s not a brand name tea inside. A lot of moms might skip this because they don’t want to try new things when they’re so tired and breastfeeding…Bath Bomb: It smells strongly of lavender. I didn’t even open the box for it! It’s scented all the things in the box. It’s quite strong for me and I’m not pregnant or postpartum (a lot of people are sensitive to strong smells at those times in their lives). I don’t think this would work if someone had stitches…I like that the boxes all match and it looks like a set. It looks pretty. I don’t know how useful the items would actually be, but there you have it!

Cheap little generic gift box
Upon opening it, everything smelled nice because of the bath bomb. Definitely a pleasing experience to open. The contents are interesting. The cards were kind of interesting but don’t seem to serve any specific purpose. If they were given or displayed in a different way that would probably have been a bit more impactful. The book itself is cheap feeling like it was from a discount store. However for people who like physical things it is still nice. Bath bomb is actually nice. Tea was fairly par for the course but nice that it was part of this. Overall I would say this would make for an easy gift to give someone if you don’t know what else to give and don’t want to think or spend too much. However doesn’t seem to be the absolute most thoughtful or value filled gift ever.

I am an expected mother with my 3rd child.I wasn’t sure what I was getting into until I opened this box.I was collecting all these gift sets for mom and babies and trying to find useful items out from these gift boxes.Be honest, this set of gifts is the MOST useless and worthless set I’ve ever seen and expected.Nothing useful at all.Even if Dollar store carry this for $1, I wouldn’t buy it.The booklet for tracker? Come on, there are tons of free Apps on phone, that is much easier to truck down the feeding & diapers, and even milestones.They are much easier to use, as nowadays, everyone carrying their phones with them all the time.Cards? Tea bags?? This set got to be joking.I like bath bomb, but there is only 1 piece of it, and what can one piece bath bomb do to me?Most useless gift set for mom ever.I would be happy even if this box contains a piece of baby pacifier that I can put into use.I wouldn’t give this gift set to anyone!The mother who receives it will be extremely disappointed.

The Thoughtfully Gifts New Mom Gift Set is a thoughtful gesture, but it falls a bit short of expectations. Perfect for journaling pregnancy
Thoughtfully Gifts, New Mom Gift Set, Includes Lavender Bath Bomb, 4 Chamomile Tea Bags, New Mom Affirmation Cards, and Daily Tracker Notepad.As I’m set to have my baby, this has been my best friend. Friend. I want to track everything during this time so I can share it with my son when he’s born. The journal is absolutely adorable and has a lot of writing space. There is inspirational cards that come with this set as well. The lavender bath bomb is amazing. Just by having the lavender bath bomb sitting on my counter in the restroom it made my bathroom smell wonderful. After using the bath on my skin was super smooth and soft. This kit is such a great value. It has so many wonderful items in it. I think my all-time favorite is the chamomile tea. I am still looking everywhere to find this tea. It is delicious and soothing. The aroma from the tea as it brews is so inviting. This is a wonderful gift. Whether it be for somebody else or to buy it for yourself to track your pregnancy journey.

Just ok
I found this set to be just ok, I wouldn’t feel comfortable gifting this to someone. It’s wrapped very nicely in brown paper with a bow, but I found the quality of the products to be lacking. Currently, it’s priced at 30 and I feel like you can make a much nicer set yourself for a fraction of the price.
