Great for Recovery Beyond Postpartum – Just Wish It Came in More Colors
I got this pelvic floor trainer after having a hysterectomy a few years ago, and it’s been a really helpful tool in regaining strength and control. While it’s often marketed for postpartum recovery, it’s definitely useful for so much more — whether you’re healing from surgery, managing age-related changes, or just looking to improve pelvic floor strength.It’s simple to use, doesn’t take up much space, and I love that I can even use it while sitting at my desk working (I do work from home)! The size makes it convenient to store or travel with, and it really targets the right muscles without being complicated. The best part is that there’s a digital screen to help keep track of reps!I’m giving it 4 stars only because I’m not a huge fan of the purple color. It would be great to see it available in other options — maybe white, aquamarine blue, or something a little more neutral or fresh. But functionally, it’s solid, and I’m glad I picked it up.
