I have diverticulitis and this probiotic allows me to eat hot sauces and many other things like beans and so forth that I couldn’t eat before. I love this product

..so I’m a big fan of probiotics…I’ve taken them for years …I feel like they make a huge differenceand at this point I wouldn’t be able to tell a big difference in taking a new 1 becauseI have Been taking them….however years ago when I took them for the first time I was impressedand I’ve taken them ever since..So I have tried many and this point… it’s very easy to find ones with multiplestrains and a high count this 1 is good and I’m not unhappy with it howeverthere’s many more out there with more strains and a higher count which makes this notquite as good in my opinion …I think part of it is the addition of the cranberry, however cranberry pills ina much higher dosage are very inexpensive and I take them separately ..So my rating on this is really a little bit less based on the fact thatwhile i think it’s a good product , I think the price is very high !I do like the packaging as you can take that with you andI can leave some at work so if I forget, i have some there…..now these do not need to be refrigerated but I keep all my probioticsin the fridge just to be safe ..I also like to rotate probiotics because I feel like they have different strainsand since there’s no way to really know which strain you’re lacking I find that avariety is my best bet …So I keep probably 5 or 6 different probiotics in my fridgeAt anytime and when I’m testing I will typically take 1 for a week straight..when I’m not testing I will take typically take a different each day..Also as always don’t forget to feed these little guys it’s not enough to just take a probiotic…they need to eat so they can multiply and out grow the baddies …So you can look up a full list ofthings they like but some things are fruits and vegetables ..they particularly like sulfur like onion andbroccoli and they like Fermented foods.. of course avoiding sugar is good because all the baddies love sugar….so I take these and I tryto feed them and keep them alive and happy!!So final thoughts..👍good product👍good company👍good pkgng… just overpriced🐈🐈🐈🐈
