Smell fantastic, very relaxing
As with many other people I suffer from severe migraines and I will try just about anything to get some relief. I have to admit I was skeptical of this product but the reviews of other buyers convinced me to try it. The package arrived quickly and the company even throws in a trial “relaxation” scent. You can smell these as soon as you open the bag and they are heavenly. I used the first one when my migraine level was at about a 4/10 and although it didn’t necessarily take it away it did add a spa like quality to my shower and overall helped me to relax. I placed the steamer right out of reach of the shower spray towards the wall. I noticed that this placement kept the scent in one area helping it last longer and magnified its intensity. It also lasted through my entire shower which included an extra conditioner treatment and shaving my legs so that was a nice surprise.

Worth the buy!
As for the product name I’d say it’s slightly misleading, though I personally couldn’t come up with a better one js. Doesn’t technically “steam”, but this product doesn’t disappoint in any other way. I’d say they work better whole rather than breaking them in half (length of shower doesn’t matter). These are definitely an essential for people who primarily take showers. It’s definitely therapeutic. Also, I got a cool bonus sample with my order and I NEED to know if, or when, these are going to be available for purchase! It was called Tropical Refresher or something like that and it provided me with the best shower I’ve ever taken. My bathroom and I smelled like citrusy tropical candy and it was wonderful.

Really Helps Relieve Headaches
Obviously these shower tabs won’t eliminate your headache/migraine, but they definitely offer some relief to them. If you place the tabs in the back of the shower, NOT directly under the stream of water, they last quite a while in one shower. The scent is strong, not overpowering, but enough to inhale and exhale and feel relief/ relaxed. I usually have the water running hot so it gets steamy before I get in, then turn it down a bit once I am in, and the tab scent is strong and feels spa-like. Even if you don’t suffer from headaches, this scent is still relaxing and smells nice.

Large for long showers
These are great for aromatherapy showers to help with headaches. You can smell the scent for the remainder of the morning or evening after you shower. I think they are pretty large so I break them in half but I do wish they were smaller for the convenience. Being a busy mama, I don’t have time for a 45 minute shower more like 10-15 tops.

What can I say about this?How about relaxing, smells wonderful, makes my head stop hurting! Easy to use. Just place one anywhere in your shower that water will hit, and just breathe deeply! I have bought these for myself and for gifts.

This elevates any shower experience to a 10! They included a sample of another scent and now I’ll be ordering it too. I noticed they had a few that were dye free and that may be important for some people!

Lifelong headaches!
This product smells great, I was a bit skeptical at first, as I have tried numerous aromatherapy, medicines, and acupuncture to relieve migraines. I have had them at least twice a month, my entire life, and they have become debilitating. I decided to try this, just to see if it worked, and, although I was in the midst of a bad migraine, it did help relieve most of the suffering. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who has any type of headache. It smells good, makes your whole body relaxed, and after your bath or shower, you will notice a difference.

As much as I love the Morning Energy scent, I HATED this scent. They don’t hold up great!
