This is not a sleeping pill, but I get to sleep easily. I still wake up around 4 AM to go to the bathroom. But I will have had a good six hours of sleep before that happens.Just do not use it before you have to drive. The relaxation is deep and the drowsiness will hit you hard.Good product!

Try once for the fun of it
These are OK. They do have a heavy, heavy honey taste. I felt no different as far as being calm. They do have some little ridges which you can kind of run your tongue over and fidget with. The tin that they come in is very cute. It’s like, when it’s empty you want to try and find something to do with it because it’s adorable. For the price, I would not buy them again. This was a curiosity buy.

Compact, tastes good, get a lot for the price
**Update**I used to chew gum while studying and then chew the same gum during the exams. This time I used this to study and took them during at exam. My grades improved! Idk if it’s a placebo or not, but I don’t want to know. It worked and that’s all that matters to me.I am in Nursing School, my last year, and as a student I’ve been having a lot of stress. A few break downs. Test anxiety. The works. I am trying to find something to help take the edge off. I get to the point where I can’t focus because I have so much stress and anxiety. I will read a question five times because my brain is blocking it out. I want to use this as a study aid and exam aid. Just calming down.I will update this in November 2024, I want to give it a month to see if it impacts my grades at all. I know it won’t directly impact them, I’m meaning if I have any improvement. That’s how I’m measuring the success here. I’ll add if it also just makes daily like easier as well. Like studying.Taste is good, nothing special. I like how compact the containers are, so I can put them in my clinical and class bags.It’s at 4 stars because I can’t really rate it fully yet. In a month I’ll come back.
