Great Value Postpartum Kit – Surprisingly Well Worth It!
This product arrived exactly as advertised. My wife is due to give birth in about a month, and we’ve been preparing ourselves for the arrival of our newest family member. One of the things we’ve packed for the hospital is a postpartum kit in which was gifted to my wife at the baby shower.We initially were planning to use the one that we previously had and buy extra things as needed. The kit we had is a more well-known (and slightly more expensive) postpartum kit than the Momfree Kit. It has a hospital gown and a zippered waterproof storage bag , but it included most of the essential but fewer quantity than the Momfree Kit.After we got this kit and comparing both kits, we found that the Momfree kit is an excellent value for what it offers. While it doesn’t include a hospital gown or a premium waterproof bag (the Momfree does include bag but is more basic), it provides a lot more of the items that are actually useful during postpartum recovery. This includes things like: nursery pads (that was not in the other kit as well), cooling liners, extra socks, lanolin cream ( we purchase this one separately), Reusable hot & cold perineal pads (which my wife also plans to use for chest comfort) and a generous supply of pads and postpartum diapers.My wife and I think that this kit might even last longer than the first one we bought. That is why if I suggest that his might be a great kit to start and have if you dont have anything. Even if it doesn’t include the labor hospital gown (at least my wife this was something she really wanted) I suggest to look for a nicer one separately from Amazon or brands like Lila Gown, where you can choose your favorite color or design. She would value that more and feel pretty during that moment which is also as important. But as far as recovery essentials go, Momfree really delivers.Highly recommend for any mom-to-be looking for a practical, well-stocked postpartum kit!

This postpartum recovery kit has everything you need after delivering a baby.This is the perfect kit to give to a friend of yours or a relative who is about to deliver a baby. This include creams, 50 disposable nursing pads, 10 maxi pads for postpartum, anti-slip socks, a canvas travel bag, a upside down Perry bottle for cleaning, disposable underwear, healing foams, cooling, panty liners, disposable pads, sleeves, and other stuff. It’s pretty impressive. It’s also pretty heavy. I hope the photos hope at giving you an idea how big the box is and what is packaged inside. It’s a welcome gift to welcome a new human being into our world!

Great gift to give someone who is preparing to give birth
There is so much in this set for a postpartum mom that it’s just awesome. There are things in this set that you don’t even know or think you need until you come to needing it and then you’re so glad you have it. It’s honestly a great set to get a first time mom – or even a mom who has given birth before. So many people are so focused on getting things for the new baby that they completely forget about the mom that just gave birth. This set of postpartum essentials is a good way to remind mommy that she’s being thought of too.This box set is on the expensive side and you might be able to curate similar items and make your own gift basket, but honestly this has so much and is easy to give if you just don’t have the time. You really can’t go wrong.If you are particular about what pads you use then those may or may not be your favorite. I’ll admit I am kind of a pad snob, but these are definitely more absorbent than my favorite period pad and less frustrating than an adult diaper. I will warn you they are HUGE. They are big enough to make sure that a large area is covered and will catch what needs to be caught. Honestly they do somewhat remind me of a diaper except they attach like a pad so they aren’t being wrapped around you.The postpartum underwear is a bit strange at first. The material it’s made with isn’t your normal underwear material, but it will work since it’s disposable. It’s not paper thin but you definitely won’t confuse it for normal underwear. It’s strong and stretchy which is what you need after labor. It also goes higher up on your stomach to help keep everything in place and at least feeling somewhat secure. I’m not sure if these would be useful though for someone who had a c-section. I feel it might irritate the area, but since I’ve never had a c-section I can’t be sure.This also comes with nursing pads, cooling spray, ice packs, grippy ankle socks that have a ton of grip on them (they are soft enough, but nothing like fuzzy socks), a pretty colored peri bottle – which is such a great thing to have, lanolin cream, cooling pad liners in a baby wipe type dispenser package, and a bag to keep it all in. I will say whoever thought of this entire set was really generous with how much of each item is included. I wouldn’t feel bad or like I got ripped off by choosing this set at all.

I would have loved to have this after labor. This comes with all the essentials needed after postpartum. It comes with postpartum pads, nursing pads, disposable underwear plus more. These items are needed for any women no matter if you have a natural birth or c section. The bag to put everything in is a nice touch too. This would make a great gift for any mommy with a new baby.
