My music making toddler loves these drums!
This is the second set of musical instruments I’ve had from this brand, and the quality is no different. They’re well made, durable enough for a busy toddler who can be a little rough on their toys. One thing I’ve noticed of the quality, is everything has been in tune and sounds like it’s supposed to. There is nothing worse than listening to something off key over and over and over.The seat of this drum set is the perfect height for my 18 month old, sticks are easy to hold and fit well in her hand, the drum cake was a little hard for her to figure out but my 9-year-old got involved and showed her the way. It is far too small for my 9-year-old to use though, so I’ll soo be looking for one for bigger kids I’m sure.I try to pick toys made of wood, without flashing lights or repetitive sounds you turn on with a button and need batteries. Montessori toys encourage your children to use their imagination, and rely less on simply being entertained. This drum set does just that. I love this brand and I have come to really appreciate the quality of the instruments they make.

Excellent little starting toddler drum kit
This is a fun set for toddlers! My granddaughter is only 11 months old, but she’s quickly learning to bang on things, so I decided to get this set for her. While she doesn’t yet understand drumsticks, she understands hitting on the drums and the little cymbal. The set not only looks great, but is pretty well-made. It’s been holding up to her daily assaults, which is no small feat. The set is pretty easy to set up, and while these are not professional or even instrument-grade drums, they do produce the sound that makes toddlers happy. I think they’ll hold up pretty well to her continued “Practice.” They’d make a perfect gift for any toddler who wants to bang on the drums all day.

Quality Wooden Toy Drum Set
This is a great-looking and well-made wooden toy drum set intended for young kids. The overall quality is nice; the surfaces are smooth and the components feel sturdy.Assembly is refreshingly simple. Attaching the legs and cymbal only requires them to be screwed on, and the drums are secured quickly with a couple of included wingnuts.The drums produce a nice, loud sound, so definitely consider this before purchasing if you need a quieter toy! While the volume is great for exciting play, parents should be prepared.My only concern revolves around the stability and weight limit of the seat. The piece functions as both a stool and a floor drum, but because it’s made from the same material as the rest of the set, I have doubts about its durability for older toddlers, especially those 3 years and older. It might be safer to treat it primarily as a floor drum rather than a dedicated stool.Overall, this is a quality toy drum set that a young one will enjoy and is a nice way to introduce them to music and rhythm.

I think the age/size ratio is off. And three year olds are pretty strong.
Okay, so I got this because Wee Thickems likes drum sets and has asked for some drums periodically. He just turned 3 y/o in the last couple of months and he is too tall for the for little stool that comes with it. It is a cute and well thought out little drum set except for how low the stool is and I am not sure they take into account how strong some 3 year olds are. He played with it two or three times in one day and has not touched the drum set since then and he mostly drummed on the seat when he actively engaged with it. I think this should target two year olds rather than older, larger toddlers.

Great product! 10/10 for Music Lovers!
This is such an amazing starter drum set for little ones. My 16 month old loves to play with this daily! It is well made, no splinters from the wood and the drum material is well put together and stronger (aka my little one decided to stab it with a wooden spoon hard, it survived impact) Light enough for him to carry, the stomper bit is a bit to hard for him to use right now but loves it none the less.

Literally broke with the first use. The back leg stripped out of its holder. It was no match for my 2 year old. But he loved it.
