Value and quality
I have very sensitive nipples and these are perfect. They stay on. I use a spot of gel so that when I remove it that doesn’t pull and they are a fraction of the price ofFrida Mom which I also had bought, and they seem absolutely identical.

Great Purpose; Poor Quality
The purpose of these pads are to help heal and protect your “skin”. They worked well but only when wearing a bra. If you wanted to go braless and wear them at night to heal; they might be laying in your bed in the morning instead.The value for your money is worth it to just wear a bra, but they are not very sticky and will only stick for about 5 minutes otherwise. They are comfy and you don’t really notice they are there and the size seems normal compared to other brands.These are not washable or reusable after one use. Once they unstick; they usually just need to be thrown away.

I throw these into my freezer and grab them whenever Im super uncomfortable or have sore nipples for breastfeeding. I wanted to love them more- but honestly they don’t stay cold for long at all- don’t really provide much moisture or relief that I trully felt they made a difference? They were however great to stop chaffing and give my nipples some special tlc. I enjoy using them but wouldn’t buy again

Could be right for someone but in the thick of it these just feel like adding a lotion you may be unsure about onto a wound. Get the silver nipple covers and put them in the fridge…
