Some parts were too big
I absolutely love my Momcozy M5!! I when I got my replacement parts I naively threw away my old parts (since I was overdue for new ones anyways) and before I needed to pump again that day had thrown away numerous other things-like food. Once I pumped I didn’t get as much milk out and still felt hard. I thought it was an off day. Whenever I was the parts and went to put them back together I realized that a few pieces were too big for their spots and so the suction wasn’t working well and I was being left full still. I tried fixing the problem but ended up with mastitis the next day because I couldn’t get them to work properly. I now have to order the exact same parts again and cannot do a return for the current ones because I don’t have my old pieces to use anymore since they are gone and covered in grossFood for hours on end anyways. I feel frustrated as an exclusive pumper with only one pump and wish I didn’t have to waste anymore money on this. Will definitely be ordering through MomCozy itself now.

I bought these because the momcozy duckbills broke after a couple uses. This fit on mine and works just the same. They sent me a replacement so I compared the original grey ones to these – same suction, same results. Thank you – because I did not see replacement parts for these on their site.
