Our four month old can easily fit himself in and find the comfortable spot. The strap provides a firm support and make it easy to wear on / take off. So it is a must have if your baby is growing fast and you can hardly hold him or her all day long

Half pros, half cons
Wish I could give this 2.5 stars – I’m very on the fence about it. I kept seeing adds for the Senarah sling and really wanted one, but $50 seems crazy, so I tried this. (I’ve never used the brand name one, so I can’t speak to how that compares to this.) My daughter is 11 months old and about 22 lbs. She’s not walking yet. Dragging the stroller into every place we go is kind of a pain, and she gets restless and wants to be held anyway. The regular baby carrier I have is annoying to put on and take off repeatedly, and she doesn’t tolerate it for very long anymore. I tried this sling for the first time when I went shopping yesterday, and used it all afternoon (not all at once, but for maybe 30-45 minutes at a time in each shop). Here’s what I liked about it: It definitely made carrying her possible, because my arm would be dying just holding her without it. I could use one hand freely, which I wouldn’t really be able to do without it. I definitely needed to keep one hand on her (like the picture shows) to make sure she didn’t fall, but at least that arm wasn’t supporting all her weight. It allows for a natural holding position and she seemed to tolerate it pretty well. Here’s what I didn’t like about it: I felt like I had to keep adjusting it and pulling it underneath her butt to make sure she couldn’t slip through the bottom. It also left red marks where it made contact with her legs, as if it was digging in. It won’t be a solution for an extended period of time – I would say maybe an hour max before both of us would be too uncomfortable. I’m hoping with more practice I’ll like it more, but I’ll have to see. Something else I dislike that is just a cosmetic preference: there is a leather looking tag/emblem on it that says “baby carrier” that I wish wasn’t there, or at least was in a less conspicuous place. It just screams “brandless cheap dupe” and it would look so much better without it. It’s sewn on, so I’m afraid it would leave damage if I tried to remove it.

This is my go to carrier.Easy to use, hands free, and my little one can see front and back and me and up and down. This is just like carrying your child on hips, but with comfort.

It is very good to hold the baby horizontally for two months, saving effort and freeing up one hand. I have basically relied on it since I left the confinement period. I basically carry it with me everywhere.

So, i have been using it for 2 months. It is a life saver in some situations when you really can’t carry the baby,it will make it much lighter for you.BUT..and it’s a BIG BUT..!!!IF you will use it daily, omg my neck, back, sides, arm, and lower back is almost damaged. It will kep your body in a very wrong position for sometime, and ehile the weight is lighter,you won’t need much shifting or resting like while u r carrying the baby with your hands, so it does extra damage more than usual carriers or carrying without carriers. The biggest issue is that the weight is NOT evrnly distributed. Hrnce, your body will be terribly bent and will hurt you like hell.Get it if you will use it carefully and not for long and not daily. Wud be a great option and itis safe and stable
