These magnesium calming gummies have been a helpful and easy addition to my child’s bedtime routine. Within the first week, I noticed more ease at bedtime and a calmer mood in the evening. Not just for kids
I love these gummies for myself. Research indicates that the effective dose of melatonin for adults is wildly smaller than what’s typically for sale, so I sought these out and I’m so glad I did. They work for me when I’m struggling with insomnia, they taste great, and the gummies are really convenient for travel because I can eat one on a plane without needing water.I fall asleep, I stay asleep, and I’m largely not groggy in the morning, which is a problem I have with larger doses.The formulation has changed a couple times, but I think they’ve landed on a winner. Tasty, and the seal no longer sticks to the lid the first time you open it. Honestly, I would eat these like candy if there were no melatonin in it.

I purchased these as i had been having troubles with stress an anxiety lately but i think the scale of what i was experiencing is just outside of the capabilities of these gummies, they still taste pretty good and they don’t hurt any but they just haven’t been that effective for me personally, still consult your doctor and see for yourself

Melatonin of Choice to Big Disappointment with a Side of Injury
I’ve been using MAV Nutrition’s children’s melatonin gummies as my melatonin of choice for a over a year now. It works quickly and consistently. Yes, the gummies are weirdly hard, but since the flavor is really nice, it didn’t bother me too much.So when I saw the bottle had changed looks in my Subscribe & Save, I was concerned. But the picture assured me the formula was the same, and so I hoped it actually was (also, I was hoping that fresh gummies would be softer).The bottle of the new formula arrived in my subscribe and save order today and I am not best pleased. I figured I should try the new formula early, while I still have some of the old variety left. I tried to open the bottle. I could not open the bottle with my hands, with a kitchen towel, with a dedicated bottle and jar opener tool, and sustained a cut on my face in the process. I had to pry the cap off with a butter knife. Opening child safety caps is literally part of my job and this one bested me (no, I don’t keep a decapper at home).Cap finally removed, I tipped the bottle into my hand. Nothing comes out. The gummies are a lump. I live in the Northeast US. The weather’s mostly been in the mid-to-to high 50s this week (granted, we got up to 70 one day). If this is the degree of clumping that’s happening in the Northeast in April, I do not think it is appropriate for these to exist anywhere that gets any serious heat.I managed to break 2 gummies free from the lump. The new formula is much softer, does not have the pleasant raspberry flavor of the old variety, and most importantly, it is 45 minutes since I took it and I am not the last bit sleepy (whereas I’d be pleasantly sleepy in 30-45 minutes with the old variety).Prior to waiting for it to work, I had sought a refund from Amazon (because of course this item cannot be returned). I thought that this was a one-off fluke, that the dog food in the same box had damaged the cap and that was why I had so many problems opening the bottle. I went to this listing to order another bottle. And I stopped, and went to recent reviews, where I found another person who had the same problem I had, one day prior.I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and order a second bottle, but now I’m not. Bummer, as these worked really well before.Also of note, “New Look, Same Formula!” is a lie. I still have the old bottle to compare ingredient lists.Old formula’s other ingredients: glucose syrup (GMO-free maize), cane sugar, pineapple juice, gelatin, starch (GMO-free maize), citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavors, pectin, fractionated coconut oil, carnauba wax, beeswax.New formula’s other ingredients: tapioca syrup, sugar, pectin, natural flavor, citric acid, natural color.Do better, Mav Nutrition, do better.

I ordered these for my son who is a Freshman in college and experiencing some anxiety and stress. He takes them before bed and says they’ve made a huge difference. I will order again when he runs out, as I think the price is a good value and they are working well for him.

Excellent gummies but read up on Ashwaganda
Excellent calming gummies for anxiety and stress. I researched all the ingredients before my purchase. It is my 10th bottle and I am very pleased with this product. Taste, effectiveness and price (when on sale) deserve the stars. However not long ago I came across a new research indicating that Ashwaganda may cause liver toxicity. So do your own research to be sure and please share your findings. I will reach out to MAV for more information.

NOT just for teens! They are a life-saver.
For some reason, I wake from a restful sleep for no apparent reason at 3 a.m. almost every night! At that hour, all of life’s stresses gang up on me, and my mind can’t shut down. So I reach into my nightstand for two of these gummies. (I sometimes also take one “MidNite sleep cycle support” ) and that does the trick! I fall back asleep fairly quickly and stay asleep until morning. (Then 24 hours later, at 3 a.m. the next night I usually do it again!)I am not a teenager, but i highly recommend these gummies for coping with life’s stresses.

Tasty, not too sweet and my boy enjoys them. He never forgets that when it’s bedtime he gets one of these (still 3-years old). Does it work? I don’t know but it definitely helps for his restless legs at night!
