Delicious, effective, and finally easy to take magnesium!
I am honestly so impressed with these magnesium glycinate gummies! I’ve tried different magnesium supplements in the past, but I could never stick with them because I hate swallowing big pills. Apple Kiwi has a much better flavor!
Apple Kiwi is a much better flavor!!! We decided to try this one (Strawberry Banana) since we loved the other one, but it’s not nearly as flavorful and we can’t even tell that it has a “juicy center.” The apple kiwi gummy is bursting with sweet & sour juiciness as soon as you bite into it. Plus, the color in the center is darker green so it’s obvious there’s a different middle. With Strawberry Banana, the yellow center isn’t very visible (in fact, at first I wondered if we got a bad batch without the center!). I barely taste strawberry and def don’t taste banana. It’s just a lightly sweet gummy texture without much flavor. 🤷🏻♀️ bummer!Either way, we love magnesium glycinate. My son is 6 and has autism and ARFID. We discovered magnesium a few years ago during potty training when he developed encopresis and needed something to help him stay regular. We use magnesium in place of miralax. Mag glycinate also helps him sleep better at night.It’s a godsend! He sleeps well, eats better because his gut is healthier, and his overall behaviors have calmed down quite a bit. This gummy is soft, not too sticky-chewy (no losing crowns!), but next time we’ll get Apple Kiwi again!!!

I really like these Oh My Chewy Magnesium Glycinate Gummies! They taste so good — like a little treat — and I actually look forward to taking them every day. I’ve noticed I feel more relaxed and sleep better since I started using them. The texture is soft and chewy, not sticky at all. Definitely one of the best magnesium gummies I’ve tried! 💛
