SmartPacs are small, concentrated pods that provide a powerful clean for less money—with less waste. Just add water.
Step 1: Add Smartpac
Take one Smartpac dissolvable solution pod and place in the product specific bottle.
Step 2: Add Water
Add cool water to the fill line printed on the bottle just above the name of the product. Warm water will activate pod quicker but will distort the bottle.
Step 3: Shake Bottle
Shake the bottle to help break down the Smartpac layer to release the solution.
Step 4: Allow to Dissolve
Allow the product to sit for 2-3 minutes as the product fully becomes active in the bottle.

Loved it all! However the bathroom cleaner sprayer was defective and I have tried to contact Amazon but the virtual assistant doesn’t understand that I need a replacement. All of the others are fine! Can you help me get a replacement?

Only got on packet for all purpose cleaner + glass cleaner. Disappointed. Guess the spray bottles are nice but won’t be buying again.
