Product consistency issue but great customer service.
These shelves are nice and were packaged really well however the stains on them did not match. One shelf was significantly darker than the other which was a problem because I wanted to hang them next to each other. I saw the shelves have a 1 year warranty so I reached out to the company with my order number and a photo and they responded promptly offering a full refund and a discount on my next purchase. Based on this interaction I would definitely order again and chalk the stain issue up to a fluke rather than a product quality issue. Other than the color the shelves are nice quality and seem sturdy.
