They’s white *NOT wood color) and sturdy–yes, and compostable!
These are lovely and sturdy–and best of all they’re white–not wooden feeling. I’ve used the coompostable wooden ones and they often break and make eating a bit difficult as they can cling to one’s mouth. Had to double check the box. Hard to believe they’s compostable! They are!

Great product
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I really like these! Sturdy enough, smooth, not too small. My only problem was that nobody at the party understood that they were compostable. Everyone thought they were plastic even though I had a sign that said all table ware was compostable.

Durable
This plastic fork does the job it also doesn’t break when using and it is environmentally friendly. We would purchase this again.

Everything you want a spoon to be
Just perfect. Strong enough to use again. Not cheap

nice and sturdy…
These are much more sturdy than your cheapo plastic spoons. Either one has their purpose, it’s just that for an ice cream social I needed something that wouldn’t break while people tried to eat their ice cream. This worked great. And…since they say compostable on the spoon handle, I didn’t have the naysayers saying we shouldn’t have had an ice cream social with plastic. Say what??? Maybe they wanted to wash everything.

A little flimsy, but worth it
I didn’t give these 5 stars because they are just a little bit on the flimsy side. So, their sturdiness could use a little work.BUT I love that they are compostable which has made it so we have purchased this regularly. No, they do not hold up to hard pressure (imagine pushing down with a fork on a tough piece of meat) but for soups, regular cooked veggies, etc they work flawlessly.Considering the fact that these provide relief for landfills, I think they are great. It’s a product that is well on it’s way to doing wonderful things and I expect it to just keep getting better and better.

Great product, bad shipping experience
I’m very impressed with the quality of these! I don’t prefer to use disposable products since it’s not helping the earth at all, but when I saw these compostable ones I wanted to give them a try for a big party I am hosting. I was surprised to find that they feel extremely durable and actually look more appealing than standard, shiny plastic utensils. The only problem I encountered is that when I opened the shipment box, the box the utensils were in was ripped and all of the utensils had fallen out, causing some to break. Although because of their durability it’s hard to believe it broke so easily during shipment. I tried breaking one myself and it required a lot of pressure. It’s also hard to believe the box ripped the way it did during shipment, which leads me to believe there was an issue when it was being packaged or it had already been previously ripped open. Amazon was helpful and sent me a replacement pack and a shipping label immediately to return the damaged pack. I’ll include pictures of all of it!

Great spoons
this brand makes really great products! Super sturdy stuff and better for the environment than other brands! they hold up super nice even with the most intense of foods!
Trisch –
These are exactly what I was looking for!! If you’re picky about your spoons like I am, try these ones. The shape of both the bowl and the handle are just right and the texture is slightly matte but not stick to your lip gritty lol. These are so nice, that when I’m eating something water soluble, I’m actually rinsing it off and reusing it again later. Will definitely buy these again. Now I just need to find their forks and knives haha
