Grea shower steamers!
These really didn’t help me with sleep. I’ve always had a difficult time going to sleep but the smell during the shower is absolutely amazing!! The shower steamers are wrapped tightly so the smell is divine when the package is opened and the aroma does not fade. I would purchase more of these consistently but it’s a little pricey to purchase frequently. The aroma will permeate the entire house. I have used half of one during a shower and saved the remaining half for another shower but when I do that, of course, the second half’s aroma isn’t as strong. I purchased different scents and they are all good.

Long-lasting fizzy, with sharp lavender scent
I sadly don’t have a bathtub in my apartment, so I try to make my showers luxe. Lots of shower fizzies are just (IMHO) ordinary bath bombs that dissolve really quickly. These are definitely different. When I put them in a spot that gets the shower stream about half the time, they last over ten minutes, which is great.I love the scent of both this one (lavender) and the included stress buster sample. If you’re looking for a soft, vanilla-chamomile, floral lavender, this is not it. I find the scent to be strong and sharp, which is just what I like. There’s one reviewer who said their product had no smell, and I can’t guess how that happened. The tablets are shrink-wrapped inside a resealable bag, and even now (5 weeks later, having used 6 of 4) it’s still powerful.Does it help sleep? Not that I’ve noticed, but I don’t really buy into aromatherapy as a sleep aid (I just like the smell) so I wasn’t expecting it to. And, yes, they’re rather expensive — but I plan to keep buying them because they do everything I want.

Smells so good, and really relaxing to use in showers!
These were on the expensive side but I’m very happy with them. The lavender is strong and refreshing, not artificial smelling. It’s not a scent that makes me particularly sleepy, but it is relaxing. I used it after a day of travel and the scent really helped me unwind mentally, which is what aromatherapy is meant for! I think these will be very nice to use on occasion just to make the shower more relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely pleased overall despite the price, you do get a lot of product!

Gave as a birthday gift. My loved one loves lavender and enjoyed her gift very much. She stated the smell wasn’t overpowering and a true lavender smell.

Like the morning one
I ordered the morning scent and sleep scent. Got both morning scent. Sort of disappointed as I was looking forward to a nice lavender shower before bed. Just need to wait and now have to make an extra trip to drop a return package.

I really enjoy these. I’m pregnant and find it hard to relax and fall asleep now that I’m in my third trimester and these are great at night when I shower in the dark with just a nightlight. The scent is strong and will give a great waft every time it comes into contact with the hot water. Im usually in the shower for about half an hour and I put this in the very back and it usually lasts throughout the entire time. If I put it near the front it dissolves in about 5-7 minutes and can be a little overpowering. It also came with a sample of the their stress relief scent which is just lavender and lemon and honestly smells like fruit loops.
