These were more comfortable and cost effective than the ice packs — I would recommend! Perfect for my postpartum recovery.

4 time mom must-have!
This is my fourth pregnancy and I wish I would have bought these sooner. I’m struggling with perineal swelling and needed something just like this to provide relief. The two-pack is perfect so that I can fall asleep with one and have a fresh pack to use in the morning. It’s not super cold or uncomfortable, but just enough to provide relief. I won’t go into detail here, but I also appreciate the removable and washable covers. If you’re pregnant or postpartum, you need these!

I loved these during the third trimester when I had vaginal soreness. They froze quickly. I’m not sure how long it stayed frozen, because I used these at night and fell asleep. The covers are washable. The design is functional. I was able to stick it in my underwear easily. I would recommend these.

These saved me postpartum. I had a small tear after giving birth, so these soft and cool pads were such a lifesaver. They’re extremely easy to clean and I love that they’re reusable over and over again. Will certainly be holding onto these
