    Discreet and accurate activity tracking
Absolutely love this ring! I don’t like wearing a bulky smart watch to sleep, and I cannot wear my watch for cheer practice (my main source of aerobic activity!), so I was missing out on the sleep and activity tracking during those times. This ring is sleek, discreet, and tracks pretty accurately as far as I can tell. Only thing it doesn’t do is intuitively log a workout like the watch does – you have to go onto the app and tell it that your recent activity was a workout. Fine with me, that feature always annoyed me like no, walking six blocks from the parking garage to the stadium is not an “outdoor workout” lolIt connected to my phone easily, seamlessly integrated with the native iPhone Health app, and the battery has lasted a whole week+ on a single charge.I ordered my regular size for my right ring finger and it’s TTS, though it feels a little bulkier than what I’m used to wearing so it took a few days to get used to the feeling of wearing it. Now I hardly notice it.Love that it’s FSA eligible too – use those pretax dollars baby!

    My new favorite health tracker
Super impressed with this ring!I was very skeptical of ring wearables; landed on RingConn due to the data privacy. This delivered on a Tuesday and I’m reviewing on that Friday – the battery started at 85% or so and I still have 52% (about 5 days left).Heart rate data seems accurate compared to other devices but isn’t the most granular – cannot view live HR data, just the last few mins. A little different compared to other devices like garmin, apple watch, visible band.Loved my garmin but hated how long data sync would take – not the case with this ring. Syncs the data very quickly!I think the look of it is quite sleek and blends in with my other rings. Overall super happy with this purchase already and will be even more so once more data is collected, I’d imagine.

    Love it!
I bought this because I got tired of wearing a smart watch. Overall, I’m happy with it– for steps, etc, it is comparable with my Garmin Venu 3. I get 7-10 days out of a charge which I love. It took awhile to get used to the thickness, but after a few days I barely notice it and it’s comfortable to wear. I love the color- it’s a rose gold tint, which I think is really pretty. I haven’t found that it scratches easily- it seems well made and sturdy. I did buy the sizing kit and wore the size 9 easily, however with the actual ring the 9 was slightly too loose (however an 8 would be too tight)–I fixed this by buying a little sticky sizing strip from amazon and it works great. I find the app to be easy to use with a lot of information about my overall health. I think the sleep tracking part works better than my Garmin–it seems more accurate overall at knowing when I’m awake/asleep/etc. For activity tracking you do have to go into the app to start it—there are very limited options for the automatic tracking of the activities. I don’t mind having to go into the app- it’s not that different than selecting an activity on a smart watch. If the activity you’re doing isn’t listed (there aren’t many) then you can add the activity later- you just have to select it, put the time length and the intensity level. I am not sure how accurate that part is, but I didn’t really buy the ring for this so it doesn’t bother me. The one part I find where the ring fails is when I’m doing something like running/walking on the treadmill. The heart rate it shows is REALLY low. For example, the ring app showed my heart rate at 90-something when the treadmill showed 140-something. For these activities, where heart rate may matter more, I would wear my Garmin to track my heart rate better. But otherwise, I love the ring. It connected easily to my phone. I love that the cost is significantly less than the Oura ring and there is no monthly fee. I would definitely recommend it!

    Happy I ordered
I’ve had this for 1/2 a day and I really like it. We will see how it/the charger holds up as I’ve seen some people say it doesn’t last as long as it should. It was so easy to set up and had like 75% battery, then only took maybe 15 mins to fully charge. App is easy to navigate and frankly looks good. I did a small work out and it’s accurate with the steps so far. My mini stepper counts as well so I compared to that. All other vital signs seem to be in line with what my normal is too. It’s comfortable, not heavy or thick. But still feels high quality, I was pleased pulling it out of the package.UPDATE: It’s been over a week and I still like it. The battery would’ve lasted just about 9 days, I charged it before it got to ~0%. Good enough for me. It charged quickly too, did some chores and it was done. I keep seeing reviews with the app being troublesome but I haven’t had any issues and I rather enjoy it. There’s a lot of information. I saw an update for it so maybe that’s the issue??? The ring has been really comfortable, I did get the sizing kit and it’s worth waiting the extra day or two. I also see people complaining about the size when this company and other smart ring companies clearly state they don’t follow regular jewelry sizing. So truly size before you buy unless you’ve owned one before. Stats are overall pretty accurate. I somewhat know what time I wake up randomly while sleeping and it does match with what the app says so I tend to believe the rest of it for sleep. I’ve counted off steps in my head and then looked at the app — if I walked 50 steps it logged 50 steps. All of my workouts have been detected, time/calories/steps, all there.

I love this product. I was beholden to my Apple Watch for an activity tracker and missed wearing normal watches. I bought the RingConn and I’m really happy. The steps maybe over count slightly but it just means I add more steps to my daily target. Battery life is a week and recharges quickly. It’s light and comfortable. A good price and no monthly subscription. Highly recommended

Très bel article: agréable à porter. Les données santé me paraissent relativement bonnes, correspondant à celles de mon Apple Watch. Les deux se complètent.

The ring’s sensor suite delivers on every promise: heart-rate variability, sleep stages, and daily activity all sync quickly to the companion app, and the data trends have been consistent with my smartwatch. I have worn it day and night for a few days, and it is comfortable enough that I barely notice it—even during workouts or while typing. Battery life hovers around eight days per charge, which feels generous given the continuous monitoring. My only disappointment is the finish. In the product photos the bronze appeared muted, almost like brushed stainless steel; in person it is a highly polished, mirror-like bronze that catches far more light than I expected. It is still attractive, just much flashier, and it clashes a bit with my other jewelry. If a subtle look matters to you, be prepared for a shinier ring than the images suggest.Overall, the tracking performance earns high marks, but the color rendering in the listing could be more accurate.
