Good Night’s Sleep!
I can’t say enough good things about Caregem 5mg Melatonin Gummies! I’ve struggled with getting to sleep quickly and staying asleep throughout the night. I’ve tried other brands and different types of sleep aids, but nothing has worked as effectively and consistently as these. The flavor is absolutely delicious. These have a nice delicious grape flavor and the fact that they are in gummy form makes them super easy to take!They say “Melatonin” on the front of the bottle in large letters, but the label on the side states that these also contain several other ingredients such as: L-theanine, Ashwagandha and Valerian root, among (several) others.I feel like melatonin, L-theanine and Valerian root all help improve my quality of sleep and I feel like these gummies are effective for me.I like that these state they are 3rd party tested, FDA registered and organic. The manufacturer listed for these is located in China – so I assume that is where these are made as well (although I didn’t see it specifically stated on the bottle or listing).

Im loving the amount of sleep I’m getting because of these great tasting grape flavor Melatonin ,they are very effective and I’m not waking up in a haze the next day,I feel refreshed and I’m able to stay focused throughout the day.I do recommend them.
