First, let me start by saying I hear everyone on the lower reviews due to cost/only being one. That being said, if you read the description it clearly states the set includes one flange, one duck valve, one tubing. Bottom line is if you need a smaller size due to pain while pumping with the 24 that comes with the spectra, the price tag is nothing. As a FTM and never having pumped before I didn’t understand flange fits and I pumped for weeks in pain…I couldn’t understand how people did it multiple times a day! This has changed everything, and if you are in pain and your flange seems too big, I think it’s well worth it. Also something to note, they do sell JUST the flange if you don’t need all of the other parts

Glad there was a smaller option for me, but I think they need even smaller options available as this is still too large to me to use. I know there are inserts you can buy, but I wanted to try to only buy supplies from Spectra’s official store, and I didn’t see that they made inserts or smaller flanges than this size.

This item did not include necessary information (which you can only find on their website) in regards to the size you need to purchase (you need to add 3-5mm to your size). Have not used item, i offered to return and amazon refunded me. I now have the next size up which clearly is what I should have bought in the first place. The description needs to include this information to avoid others making the same mistake!

These are good. Unfortunately I have super elastic nipples and despite changes several sizes, I still have pain so I’ve opted for silicone flanges instead.
