Many Useful Bacteria, Not Sure About the Results
I have been taking this supplement for more than two weeks now and would like to share my experience so far.Pros:1. High concentration of pro, pre and post biotic bacteria in high concentrations, which are claimed to provide complete and whole gut and colon health.2. Presence of Herbs that are beneficial for gut and colon, such as slippery elm, dandelion, and ginger.3. Dosage is one capsule a day; a bottle is enough for 4 months that allows for continuous support.4. Reputable company; GMP certified.Cons:1. Hard to measure effectiveness2. Inconsistent results from day to day3. Effectiveness of bacteria due to storage (live bacteria needs to be stored in cold temperatures, this product does not require cold storage).I have been taking the supplement every day after breakfast with a glass of water. First couple of days I felt discomfort in my stomach right after, but then it subsided. I am not sure how much effect it has on my digestive tract as some days I feel great and some days I still feel bloated; I also did not notice any energy improvement so far. Maybe, you need to take it for a prolonged period of time to see noticeable results. The capsule is on the smaller size and easy to take, does not have any aftertaste or smell, so that’s a plus. Most of the probiotics that I have taken before required refrigeration to be effective, so I am not sure how this supplement can keep the bacteria effective without refrigeration. 4 months’ supply is great, I hope I will see more consistent results soon.

Update: 10/31/2025 I have been using these now almost a month. I wanted to come back with an update because my original review was in the beginning of my usage and I really hadn’t put 2 and 2 together yet in my personal situation and the impact these were actually having and going to have on me.Long story short, as you will see below I have always used probiotics and purchased everything that comes in here separate, but it cost a lot. But since August I had been experiencing bouts of stomach issues and generaly feeling unwell. It’s in my nature to try natural healing first but my normal probiotics weren’t working. I also like to change things up for better results so that’s why I tried this. Another major reason was because of the digestive part. When I was burping I was getting sulfur burps and has a lot of gas. None of that was typical for me. This probiotic is the only thing I’ve used to treat it. Nothing else. I’m extremely stubbornly. I don’t like taking random medicine all at once. I can say since taking this I’ve had a 95 percent recovery. One pill, so extremely effective. I am so pleased with this and thankful that I have this for another 3 month supply. I still feel fatigue, but I have other health issues that warrant my fatigue and I will always feel fatigue, I absolutely think if you’re looking for a change or looking for a new probiotic, try this. It’s not overkill, prebiotics and probiotics, digestive enzymes these are all good things for our bodies. We shouldn’t wait until there is something wrong to start taking them. We should be taking them for our bodies to keep running properly. Like oil changes.I have been using probiotics for years now. A few times I’ve purchased separate digestive enzymes and prebiotics. The cost was almost $100!! Supplements were getting to be too much in the budget.This prebiotic, probiotic, and digestive enzyme is perfect combining exactly what is important to me at the necessary levels for optimal health. I also add in my daily yogurts and such so I feel amazing. I will never go back to taking these separate. Never mind all the pills I had to swallow.I feel amazing. Great quality. I will be buying these again!

An inclusive prebiotic, but as others have mentioned, check the ingredients to make sure you can tolerate them.This supplement has an impressive number of CFU, but I did notice that although they mention species, they don’t mention strain ID, and high-quality brands always include this information. Without knowing the strain IDs, we don’t know the source or quality of the strains.Use with caution!This supplement is a capsule with white powder, and it’s the size of a normal pill. It’s relatively easy to swallow with no scent or taste. I’ve been taking it for 2 weeks, and I haven’t experienced any upset stomach or adverse effects, so it’s fine, but I’m still a little nervous about the quality and source of their ingredients.
