Small, but effective
I put this in my office where the air always felt kinda stale. Within a day the room smelled cleaner and less dusty. It’s quiet on the lower setting, just a soft hum. The only thing I’d change is the power button is pretty sensitive and not extremely clear how to use. Not a big deal though. Good little purifier for a small space!

I think this is a good product
I have two of these I really like blue air. I also have a large one for my large room. I do have an issue though that I can’t seem to resolve. I have one that even when I replace the filter and reset it it still stays red on top can somebody help me out with this

This air filter is awesome, it’s so quiet we forget that it’s even on. It works very well for the size and overall is not an eyesore in the room.

Buyer beware!!! Horrible customer service
Disappointed in BlueAir Warranty Support – Buyer Beware if Outside the U.S.I purchased the BlueAir 511 in late November on Amazon.com. It worked well initially, but within six months, the power adapter failed, and the unit stopped working. Since the product comes with a 1-year warranty and was sold by BlueAir and shipped by Amazon.com, I expected the issue to be resolved quickly and easily.I submitted a warranty claim, and everything seemed to be moving along—until I mentioned that I live in Bermuda. From that point on, all communication from BlueAir completely stopped. I followed up multiple times with no reply. I even called and was told the issue would be escalated and that a supervisor would contact me within 24 hours. It’s now been over a week, and I still haven’t received a response.It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored after following all the proper steps. If BlueAir refuses to honor its warranty simply because of where a customer lives—even when the product was purchased through official channels—then that should be made clear upfront.I’ll be sharing this experience wherever I can to help other potential buyers make an informed decision. The product may be good, but the lack of accountability and poor customer support is a serious red flag.

…..when you walk through the air cleaner isles of the major supply stores….out jumps the same old same old Brands…..you may have tried many of them as I have…..Blue Air made in Sweden has helped me breathe well in times of smoke from forest fires….dusty winds entering through windows….normal household living…inadequate air cleaning done by your furnace etc……..I have 3 different models….small room…..medium square footage to large square footage….when you remove the outer fabric…and wash the pre-filter as instructed….change your inner filter as indicated by the units warning light….get ready for having these units around for a long time……quite is the big sell….don’t go with a small unit if you want your bedroom to have the ultimate good air….big mistake as a small unit on low just doesn’t make sense….medium sized or larger on low is silent but it moves more air……….the big sell is the units fan head on top the unit….years of use on my units….clean as a whistle to date…why…nothing gets through…other named Brand units get filthy after 6 months….BLUE AIR simply the best….Tina Turner

I am hoping that I do not have to use this for at least 6 months. So it arrived on time. yesterday, package was new and it arrived before I got the air purifier itself which just arrived this afternoon. Being that it is the manufacturer product, I would assume it will fit no problem and it really all depends on how well the air purifier I just received works. If the air purifier does not seem to be doing its job then I obviously will be returning both packages together. If need be will update in a week or so. I simply ordered this to have on hand when the need to replace the filter arises.
