Main difference, I felt more in control
Sounds crazy to me, but I have only been taking this for 20 days and first noticeable difference was that I wasn’t easily triggered. I was able to control my feeling of anger. My hair feels thicker at the roots. I feel more in balance, even my resting heart rate lowered. My husband was thankful I was feeling better as well. I was very hot and cold before, now I found myself saying yes more and not being so “tired” when he would inquire.Now, when I try new products, I make sure to try them with now simultaneous new changes, I want to see if they really work for me. Real Hormore Balance really did.The powder tastes slightly sweet, so you could easily take this with straight water. Overall, a definite must have for me.

Great product I used it to regulate my menstrual cycle and it definitely works for that. I feel like it keeps my hormones balanced and I feel great. I was just trying it out so I got the smaller container, but I do recommend getting the larger one there’s no taste so you could put it in absolutely any liquids. I used it in the morning in my coffee.

I take this everyday, I feel my periods have become more regulated and my pms has been minimized. I do want to try their period relief supplemental.

Disclaimer – this product might be better served with women younger than I am (I am in my 50s). I bought this on a recommendation to assist with overall hormone balance. I can’t say that I have noticed any differences compared to the reported effects of my much younger niece. It’s easy to use – put in water or juice, there’s no flavor – but for overall effects I’m just not feeling it. Also, to be fair, I’ve only been using it for 30 days; I’m not sure I would continue for another 30 days.

Takes awhile n never enough in the container
I’ve been using this for almost a year now, and only in the last few months have i noticed a difference, so it did take some time for me, if it’s this helping at all, who knows.It dissolves into most things, it isn’t terrible when it doesn’t, not much taste to it.My biggest beef with it is that it’s suppose to be a 30 day supply, but i’m always scrounging at the end, rationing to make it last the full 30 days. Sometimes it works, but other times i run out a couple days before the next one arrives (i do a subscription). Cancelled my subscription and looking for an alternative.

I have taken this a little over a month after switching from another form of Inositol. I feel much more in control of my moods on this version. Doesn’t mix super easy, but it’s a mild sweet flavor and it doesn’t matter to me. I will continue to buy it.

I’ve been struggling with imbalances and I was skeptical about trying a product. However, this supplement has been a game-changer for me. Within just a few weeks of consistently taking it in the mornings, I noticed a significant improvement in my mood, energy levels, and even my skin. My PMS symptoms have also reduced.I do wish there was more product in the container but overall I recommend giving it a try.
