It really works!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This has really helped my daughter with painful periods. I will say that the way they recommend taking the gummies was not helpful to her at all. Once we switched and had her take one gummy a day for the whole month instead of multiple gummies the week of her period, she had her first ever pain free period. I appreciate the ingredients. Some other brands have questionable “natural” ingredients that have been known to be harmful. The best part is knowing she is pain free without medication!

Very Helpful Gummy
These gummies really do help my 12 year old daughter feel better during that time of the month. She takes 2 in the morning the first few days and it helps ease her cramps. She also said they make her feel less emotional. She said they taste like a sweet peach. She requests these gummies over pamperin or midol. They are about the size of a gumdrop.

Worth A Try
I’ve taken these for a few months now and my normally terrible cramps and mood swings have been much more manageable. They don’t eliminate symptoms entirely, but they do take the edge off, which can be life-changing depending on your situation. The gummies have a good flavor and are easy to take, though I find them a tad sweet and may switch to the capsules instead. The only real downside for me is the price. I don’t know how realistic this is as a long term solution financially, but it’s nice to know there are products our there that work to some extent.

Helpful, but Bad aftertaste.
I found out I cannot take NSAIDs anymore, and Midol really does not help. So I was optimistic when I found something to supplement the so-so relief acetaminophen gives. This product had a good creation story and decent reviews.Yes they taste good going down, and they do probably help to some degree – still not totally sold but I’ll finish them. Biggest observation for me was the horrible aftertaste left in your mouth, mainly back of your tongue that emerges even up to an hour or two later! I can’t believe no one else has experienced or mentioned it. A bitter, stale, awful thing. It’s bizarre.However if you are in my spot and can’t take ibuprofen, this is worth trying as an additional layer of protection from cramps and such. Most people seem to not be affected by the taste as I was.

Works if you remember to take them early
So thankful for these for my daughter who couldn’t go prescription for her pain. If you take them early, they definitely work. So they only really work if you have a regular cycle and don’t forget. When she forgets, it’s bad. I tried it and it does help. Expensive, but worth it. I don’t love the texture/flavor, but my daughter does.

Game changer. Took a few gummies to get the results. But it takes my moody hormones down a notch when it’s time for my period. It makes me feel calmer and helps with stomach issues too. I make sure I always have some with me during my period.
