Rose scented but more mild than “granny level rose scented”. Great quality.
There is a lot to like about this gift box, and a few things that may not be for everyone.Overall, I like this gift box, but it is definitely very rose-scented; not as overwhelmingly old-woman’s closet as some I have received, but a touch above mild. That said, I’ll actually use some of these, whereas most rose-scented items I would never use because my nose is too sensitive.There is so much in this box that it’s kind of crazy, but it’s also very fun to unpack. It does present well, and the box it all comes in is very nice. The card is a little odd with the wording.I love the bath scrubbie, eye mask, face towel, candle, soap, hand cream, and soap, but I absolutely love the “lipstick”/lip balm, which doesn’t really smell, it’s just adorable. I don’t use bath bombs or salts, and I have to use a medicated shampoo and conditioner, so I’ve given those to a friend who likes rose-scented things. I will say the bath salts are really pretty; they present well, and the bath bomb is of nice quality and beautiful.-You will smell this box the second you open your Amazon box. So be prepared for that. But again, as someone who hates sickly rose-scented things, this wasn’t that bad, and I love a lot of the products.The price is on the higher end for a gift box, but when you consider how much is in it, it is reasonably priced in my opinion.If you have someone who likes roses, not granny roses, but nice roses, then you’ll probably appreciate all the things this box has. It is just beautiful and well thought out.My only ask is to offer the “lipstick” for sale by itself because I love it, and it would make a fantastic stocking stuffer or addition to any care basket.

Cute kit — very strong smell
This is a very nice spa kit and makes a wonderful gift — just make sure you give it to someone who REALLY like scented bath and beauty products. The smell is so strong, I could smell it while the box was still sealed, as soon as I opened the shipping container. It is a nice rose smell, but this is definitely not intended for anyone with any kind of sensitivity to scented products — definitely not subtle.I love all the little pieces inside and feel very good about giving this as a gift set for my friend who is a girly girl and loves all those kinds of bath/spa things. It comes in a very nice gift box and looks attractive when opened. Each individual piece is shrink wrapped, which is nice for shipping so you don’t open it up to a mess — but the fact that I could still smell it all through even the shrink wrap was impressive.

Less intense after airing a bit
I’ve always loved roses and rose scent, as long as it wasn’t intense or ‘fake’ rose. The scent overwhelmed me a little upon initial opening but while it didn’t fade entirely, it toned down quite a bit after opening the overall package.As always with a gift set like this, there will be items that are hit or miss for everyone – but this is a large enough set for people not to feel slighted by a couple things that aren’t a ‘hit’ for them. I can also see gifting a couple of items to different people. I love that this has items that are good for bath OR shower and not entirely bath centric (I love a good bath bomb or bath salts, but a lot of people don’t have bathtubs – but the soap and shower gel work for showers just fine – we can all self-care our way and still get the benefit of these gifts!

Great quality and variety of items
This is a wonderful spa gift! it came with so much. I really loved the beautiful, soft wash cloth and scrubber! The bar soap is amazing; it smells like roses and doesn’t wear off fast as many rose scented items do. The same is true of the body wash and the body butter. The body butter is not as thick as traditional body butters, it is more like lotion, but it is luxurious and smells fantastic. The bath bomb is super fun and I really enjoyed using it. My only complaint is that the shampoo and conditioner really didn’t have a rose scent like the other products and felt rather average, more like hotel shampoo and conditioner and left my hair feeling a more brittle than other shampoos. Still for the amount of awesome rose products that come in this gift set, it is well worth it.

Nice items with a caveat
This is a really nice box set with some useful items in it That’s great for gifting either together or even separated for multiple mini gift bags. The only negative with most of the items is the rose scent is quite strong and it’s not necessarily pleasant, kind of old lady if I’m being honest. Not a fan. If you are going to gift this to anyone or multiple people, you have to be selective and really think about who might like that scent. If it had a better smell to it, I would definitely give this five stars because there is some cool stuff in the box. I’m not entirely sure about the shampoo and conditioner because most people are particular with those products. I haven’t decided yet if I want to give that to anyone or not.
