Freedom and Comfort at a low price!
I use these with my Spectra pump and they’ve been a total game changer. I felt like I was in pumping jail with my traditional cups and I was ready to give up on my Spectra even though it’s a fantastic pump. I went out on a limb and bought these collection cups after seeing similar ones on tiktok, but i didn’t think they should be 60$ ?? so i found these! They’re easy to use, comfortable, and give me the same output as the traditional Spectra collection cups. I love that they allow for a mostly hands-free pumping experience as long as you wear a snug-fitting bra to keep them seated firmly against your breasts, you’re good to go.Assembly might look a little overwhelming at first, but it’s actually pretty simple once you do it once or twice. There are only four parts (including the duckbill and membrane), which is no more than a standard pump setup. Attaching the cups to the pump is easy and can be done either before or after the cups are in place.Cleaning is also straightforward, nothing more labor intensive than the traditional flange setup. The cups come with their own tubing, which is a nice inclusion, but I found the provided tubing to be poor quality… it’s flimsy and easily gets crushed if you lean against it, which can cut off suction. I ended up using the tubing from my traditional collection cups instead and it works perfectly. The set also includes a Y-connector and an extension piece, though I don’t use either. I just stick to the two individual tubes directly connected to my Spectra, same as I do with my standard setup. One of my favorite features is the silicone flange that sits against your breast. It’s super soft and comfortable, and I actually find that the cups create a gentle vibrating sensation during pumping, which really helps trigger my letdown. They’re also compatible with flange inserts as long as the funnel part of the insert is wide enough where it sits against the breast. The ones designed for mobile pumps with a smaller outer area won’t work well here.Another big plus: the capacity. These cups hold up to 240 mL (about 8 oz), which I personally never fill, but if you’re an oversupplier, this might be a huge benefit. It gives peace of mind knowing you’re not going to overflow mid-session.Pouring the milk out can be a little awkward at first, but I’ve never had any issues. After pouring, there’s very little left behind in the cup itself, but some milk does tend to collect in the seam where the silicone meets the plastic. It’s a very small amount, barely anything, and more of a hygiene note than a functional issue. I don’t wash my pump parts between sessions, I just store them in the fridge, so it’s something I keep in mind. That said, I’ve never had any issues with leakage, which is a huge win.All in all, these are a fantastic alternative to traditional collection cups. Comfortable (i can use even when my nipples are sore), easy to clean and assemble, and just as effective… with the added bonus of more freedom and less bulk. Highly recommend!

    Best replacement cups
There is a pretty steep learning curve when it comes to getting third party pumping parts. With that said, when it is done right, this particular set is worth every penny and even made the crappy Medela Pump-in-Style pump that was free with insurance actually usable. The flange is very comfortable compared to any plastic flange, and the price is great relative to other third party parts sets (around $30).The suction is insanely good but only if you take several precautions:- Get yourself a nipple ruler to find the correct flange insert. The default size is 22mm, but the average nipple is 17mm. I found out the hard away aka painful nips for the first month of pumping. It’s not supposed to hurt (but unfortunately you might still have some soreness).- Make sure that all of the parts of fully dry. If there is even a little moisture when you attach the parts together, you will not get a perfect seal.- Make sure that all of the pieces are assembled properly. Even if something is a bit crooked, you won’t get a perfect seal. Recheck. Every. Single. Piece.- Make sure that the duckbill valves are not ripped or broken. Even the tiniest rip will prevent a perfect seal. Check this before every use, keep spares, and replace often. Almost all replacement duckbill valves are compatible.- While the top lid doesn’t touch your pumped milk (where you connect the tubes), make sure to wash it (don’t need to sanitize except maybe the first time) because any moisture or incidental milk that spills during the transfer process or if you move the wrong way will prevent a perfect seal. Before reattaching, make sure it is fully dry.- If the suction isn’t perfect right away, stop and troubleshoot every single piece and check for moisture especially in the tubes, lids, diaphragms, and flanges.- If you’re sure you did everything perfectly, it could be that your pump needs troubleshooting (battery/power issue, tube connection issue, etc.).Another reason I love these cups is that I was able to easily immediately adapt or frankenstein these cups and accompanying parts with all 3 of my pumps to make them all work:For the Pumpables Genie Advanced (best pump in my opinion): I could connect the tubes directly to the pump without adapting anything. For the Medela Pump-in-Style, I chucked the entire flange/connector set and only needed to keep the existing Y tube (which you can easily buy on Amazon). I cut the Medela V off of the Y right below the connector, and used the TOVVILD Y-tube connector piece to connect the remaining single tube to the TOVVILD tubes. For the Elvie Stride (not worth the $$$): I cut the single tube part of the Elvie Stride closer to the end that attaches to the pump instead of the connector, and I could use the tubes I already adapted for the Medela for this pump. How to not cry over spilled milk:Believe me when I tell you that I did this many times. Just take some precautions and be prepared BEFORE detaching the cups.- Make sure your work area is clean and prepped and your final collection vessel is ready BEFORE you pull out the cups.- Detach the lids with the tubes or only the tubes while they are still attached to you.- Once you detach the cups from your boobs, immediately tilt the cups with the flange facing up. Put the cups down on a stable and flat surface.- When you’re ready to pour the milk out, instead of risking spillage by detaching the flange, just bend the flange away and tilt the cup down in the same direction as it would sit on your boob into your final collection vessel.- Move your collection vessel away so that you have room to clean up and detach your cup parts for cleaning.Hope this helps!

I gave it a try out of curiosity…not worth the money
I had really high hopes for these breast pump cups, but they turned out to be a complete disappointment. The material feels cheap, and while the silicone is thick, it doesn’t make up for how ineffective they are. The way the nipple is pulled inside feels completely different from regular flanges, it’s awkward and honestly painful. I had to use them on a very low vacuum level (spectra) just to tolerate it, even though I normally don’t have issues pumping at any levels. I even gave them a fair try for 20 minutes and didn’t get a single ounce combined, when my usual output is about 4 oz from each side with my Spectra.I’m sorry for the manufacturer, but this is my very honest review. I truly hope they take this feedback seriously, make modifications, and find a way to make these actually work because if they did, they could really help (and earn) a lot with so many moms out there, especially now with the current baby boom.

    THE BEST!!
I have used this once and I’m already obsessed! I am an overproducer and my eufy wearables are great, but don’t hold enough milk for me to pump without having to empty after a few minutes. These hold up to 8ounces each and connect directly to my spectra pump and I still get the hospital grade suction that I love. Cleaning them is a bit of a pain, but if you use the fridge method, it’s not so bad! Just buy them!

Have been using the spectra pump parts for the last 3 months and found them to be cumbersome and a bit of a pain to wear as it involved changing bras. Have been using these for the last few days and wish I’d gotten them sooner. Game changer. Means I can wear my normal nursing bras without having to change for pumping sessions. Also easier to clean than the spectra parts. Feels like good quality. Getting the same volume of milk as I was with the spectra parts but now I am so much more comfortable.
