I’ve been searching for a stylish yet practical mini diaper bag, and the Ayla & Co Mini Bag checks all the boxes. It’s perfect for quick outings when I don’t want to carry a full-sized diaper bag, but still need the essentials.This bag is beautifully designed. It honestly looks more like a high-end crossbody than a diaper bag. The vegan leather is soft, durable, and easy to wipe clean. The gold-tone hardware adds a luxe touch without being flashy, and the neutral color options go with everything.Despite the “mini” name, the internal space is surprisingly roomy. I can easily fit several diapers, a travel wipes case, a small snack, pacifier, and my phone, keys, and wallet. The included removable changing pad is slim and useful, and the interior organization (including zip pockets and elastic loops) keeps everything from becoming a jumbled mess.This bag transitions effortlessly from a diaper bag to a personal crossbody or even a small purse once you’re past the diaper stage. BEST DIAPER BAG HANDS DOWN!!!
I own both the mini and the full size bag! They are absolutely beautiful! The quality of the vegan leather is phenomenal! I was surprised at how much room is in the mini! I love that it has so many pockets. Makes it super functional. Even a place for your cards. You can wear this like a bag pack or as a side bag!

Small but mighty — my go-to diaper bag now
This bag surprised me. I wanted something smaller than a full-size diaper bag but still roomy enough for the essentials. This one nails it. I can fit diapers, wipes, snacks, a change of clothes, and a few of my own things without it feeling bulky or overstuffed.It’s comfortable to carry, super well made, and doesn’t scream “diaper bag,” which I appreciate. I’ve used it for daycare drop-offs, park trips, errands — basically everywhere. Love the pockets, love the look, and love that I don’t feel like I’m hauling around a suitcase.

Quality control issues
I love the look of the bag. Size works with my current needs and when I’m done using it as a diaper bag, it’s stylish enough to continue using it as my personal backpack. My only gripe is that the zipper pulls popped off after using it twice. It’s an easy fix, but if I’m spending $100+ on something I should not have to fix anything. No matter how small the repair. It also came with the shadow of a crease that I have not attempted to get out.Otherwise, I like it.

Looks cute but not practical or functional like i hoped.
I really wanted to love this diaper bag, but it wasn’t for me and I’m disappointed in their customer service (see the end of review). For context, I have bought and tried out at least 7 different diaper bags so I feel I have a pretty good sense of what I’m looking for.Pros:-FITS EVERYTHING YOU NEED: lots of compartments inside so you can organize all your things-COMPACT: relatively compact, but can hold everything you need-STYLISH: looks clean and stylish, which I desperately need because everything else is always a messCons:-BACKPACK STRAPS SLIP OFF: the backpacks straps were a great idea, but lacking in execution. They look cute but were not functional. They kept slipping off my shoulders because the material was too slippery, and also I think due to the angle with which they are attached to the bag-NON FUNCTIONAL BOTTLE POCKETS: There are pockets on the outside for bottles, but bottles NEVER stay in them! For reference, I use phillips avent 8oz bottles, and they kept slipping out if I bent down or made any movement that tilted the bag-MATERIAL QUALITY MEH: The straps had some kinks in it- they were minor enough that I would have overlooked it if it weren’t for all the other issues.BUYER BEWARE: I returned it after using it once for a couple hours, with no stains or signs of use but the seller charged me a $20 usage fee. This has never happened to me and I’m pretty peeved because they didn’t bother reaching out to me directly to let me know why they were doing this- I know its tough to get returns but that’s the price you pay for selling on Amazon. I unfortunately will not be buying from this company again.

Still a favorite
9 months in and I still love it. I will pack the bare minimum and I nurse so no need for lots to pack. Although it has plenty of pockets and storage. This was almost perfect for me as I was looking for a diaper bag that was cute enough to also act as my purse. One down side. Since I use this bag for me too and put my cards in the card slots provided, I have accidentally taken the bag when I should have left it with the baby. So now I’m looking for a small wallet to throw in the diaper bag.
