Balance is better!
I’ve re-ordered these here on Amazon because the Balance of Nature website is screwed up and they send you to South America for customer service. I don’t swallow the capsules I find it better to open them and spread the veggies on my food or the fruit into a protein drink. Lots of ways to take them without swallowing the capsule which I think is NOT good for your stomach. I sprinkle the veggies on the wings I order at a favorite restaurant and they are much better! So, I’ll keep taking them as long as they make me feel better.

I didn’t notice anything while taking them. I think they are overpriced and marketed kind of gimmicky. I get everything these advertize by eating fresh fruits and steamed veggies. I can’t give them a good recommendation with a good conscious about effectiveness, functionality, mental clarity, appetite suppressant. Some people say great things about it so I had to try it. Easy to use as any supplement and there is no tase in a gel cap so I can’t comment on that.
