    Soft, absorbent, discreet
These Bamboobies nursing pads are amazing. They’re incredibly soft and gentle, which was perfect for my sensitive nipples while I was learning to breastfeed. They’re thin and discreet in my bra without creating any unsightly lines, but still surprisingly absorbent and quick drying. They also hold up really well in the washing machine. Highly recommend for comfort and convenience.

    best nursing pads by miles
i ordered these for my wife. here is what she has to say about them:i absolutely love these!prior to trying bamboobies, i used disposable pads and 3 other kinds of reusable ones (i don’t know the brands because they were all baby shower gifts and i took them out of the original package a while ago). the disposable ones were decent – kept the leak contained well and were barely showing through my shirt. but they were feeling papery, rough and icky on my skin, plus i was going through tons of them, feeling awful for the waste i was creating. of the reusable ones i had, most were fairly soft, but they showed horribly through my shirt and i leaked right through them, as if they weren’t even on. completely useless.i ordered the bamboobies as they were recommended by a friend and had the most decent reviews. they solve every problem i had with all the other nursing pads i have tried. they are soft and comfortable right out of the package. they are thin and because of the shape, practically invisible while worn, even though i only wear unpadded bras. i worried they might fit awkwardly since they are quite large and i have small breasts, but they fit wonderfully in whatever direction i place them in. and of course the most important aspect: i have never once leaked through them. it is shocking since they are so thin and the material doesn’t seem to be absorbent at first inspection, but they are amazing at containing leaks. they get completely soaked on the inside, and yet there will be not a lick of moisture on the outside.this product makes my life as a new mom way easier!

    LOVING these! A must-have
I just had a baby two weeks ago and as a first-timer I’ve had my share of issues getting the hang the whole breastfeeding thing. To be clear: OUCH. The nonstop feedings are intense and have been really hard on “the equipment.” I’ve been addicted to refrigerated gel-pads, but unfortunately those can’t be worn all day and they don’t prevent leaks. For the first week I was using disposable breast pads to keep milk from soaking through my clothes. The most popular ones, which are what I bought, are basically like big lumpy maxi pads that (try and mostly fail to) stick to your bra. I HATED them. Not only did they look horrible and bunch up and stick to themselves every time I pulled my top down for a feeding, but they felt so rough on my already sore nipples that I dreaded putting them in and decided I would rather leak everywhere than inflict any more pain on myself. I saw Bamboobies and thought I could just copy the idea and cut up absorbent fabric to use as pads. Total failure – my homemade pads got soggy fast and looked ridiculous. Just get the Bamboobies – they are SO worth the money. These things are like magic – so soft and super-thin but contain leaks flawlessly. As a bonus, the heart shapes are adorable but don’t show through my tightest shirts, even inside a thin stretchy nursing bra. I also love that they are reusable and washable, so breast pads are now one less thing I’m putting in a landfill every day. They dry fast too. I consider them a must-have, and I’ve even gotten away with wearing the thin ones to bed a few times without any issues. That said “going to bed” usually means about a 2 hour stretch of sleep these days, so I’ll definitely be purchasing the thicker ones for the glorious days in the future when I can sleep a little bit longer. If you’re planning on breastfeeding, do your boobs and your outfits a favor and have a pair of Bamboobies on hand.

These are the favorite option I’ve found for nursing pads
These are the favorite option I’ve found for nursing pads. I tried a few different kinds of disposables (including the bamboobies) and really just didn’t like the feel against my skin, and they seemed really wasteful. These are a great alternative. They are really soft against the skin, and I love that I can use them over and over. I always leak between feedings – I don’t think it’s a ton, but it’s enough to soak through a bra and the front of my shirt pretty easily. These have contained all leaks so far and are pretty comfortable even when wet. I have gotten some stains on the side that goes against the breast, I think from when I apply lanolin. It doesn’t really matter though, since no one sees them. I’ve worn these just with a shelf bra tank and they’re almost invisible through the fabric. I though the heart shape was a little odd at first, but it seems to work. The only downside is that they are fairly pricey, and you really need a bunch of sets. I have 6 pairs and could probably use more – I change them several times a day because it feels gross to put the wet ones back on, and it means I’m doing laundry every couple of days to make sure I have clean ones.

These nursing pads are great. I originally used disposables and thought they were fine. When I zoomed through my first large box in a month, I realized the cost would quickly add up. I had a sample set of Bamboobies, so decided to try them out. They are very soft and flexible – it was so nice not to have plastic in my bra. Putting them in is easier, as you don’t have to fiddle with wrappers and sticker paper…and they’re easier to adjust after feeding too. They wash up nicely (I throw them in with my baby’s clothes because I don’t use fabric softener on his stuff) and absorb well. Hint: If the shape isn’t working for you, turn the heart upside down. Made a huge difference for me!

I was disappointed with these, they do not stay in place, which causes leaks through my shirt. They are very soft but if breastmilk is on my boobs they tend to stick and it’s like removing a bandaid once dried. Easy to clean as it is machine washable. And are seamless and don’t show through my bralettes

I really wanted to like these, most especially after I read the many great reviews. They just fell short for me. I’ve used a wide variety of disposable and reusable nursing pads and would recommend spending your money elsewhere. Breastfeeding takes a good amount of time and effort, I want to be as comfortable as possible. What I liked about this product:- soft- wash and dry well (maintain their shape)- are pretty discreteWhat I didn’t like:- poor absorption: they became wet and cold very quickly, much faster than any other nursing pad I’ve ever used (disposable or reusable). Truthfully I wasn’t even aware of day-to-day leaking until using this nursing pad. Wearing wet pads for any length of time is a concern for yeast/thrush which thankfully I haven’t yet had to deal with.- heart shape can leave a gap in protection if you don’t place well after feeding. For other moms out there, I found Lasinoh disposables and mother ease reusable (also made of bamboo) to be significantly better products when you are regularly breastfeeding. I may return to these pads when I’m into the weaning phase and will update this review then but currently (while cute) are impractical and fall short of their main purpose.Good luck to all of you on your breastfeeding journey!

I received my bamboobies last week and have been really impressed. I’ve been looking for nursing pads that were thin enough to wear under a tank top with shelf bra (No nursing bra). These really work well for this purpose. While not completely invisible under the tank top, they come very close. They are thinner than any other nursing pad I’ve used or seen and incredibly soft on the nipples. The only thing that could improve them is if there was some way to make them completely invisible under thin fabric or some way to adhere them so they don’t slip but I don’t think you’ll find that in a reusable product. Definitely way cheaper than purchasing disposable pads which are way bulky than these!
