Lost a few pounds and feel amazing
I’ve only been taking it for about a week, but I’ve already lost 3 pounds, have more energy, a better mood, and improved sleep. If you sniff this product, there’s a very light natural scent — nothing strong or unpleasant, I’ve had vitamins that smell way worse. Some other brands use peppermint insert just to hide the odor, but this one doesn’t need that. It’s clean, organic grassfed beef, and I’m really happy with the quality and price. Definitely recommend it over the others I’ve tried.

Perfect for iron deficiency!
I deal with iron deficiency and mild anemia all the time, but I’ve never been able to eat beef liver or similar foods. This beef organ supplement has been a lifesaver – no smell or taste, just clean capsules. During the first week I took 4 capsules a day, and now I’m down to 2 daily. After just a week I felt more energy, less dizziness, and my skin doesn’t look as pale anymore. It’s definitely an effective supplement and feels like my iron levels are finally improving naturally.

It’s not exactly a Miracle Pill yet, but…
It’s been about a week so far, and because there’s no flavor to the capsule, I’ve been easily taking it with seltzer just to avoid feeling it as much. I’m tempted to taste the powder inside, but it wouldn’t surprise me if that turns out to be a horrendous experience… Haha…It seems to give a nice energy boost, but then it leads to a heavy crash that causes me to sleep through the night (good), along with most of the morning (not so good). It’s lead to me taking it right when I get up, to try and offset that drowsiness, and then usually I’m good until about 11pm — 12-hour effectiveness, more or less. Considering this was one of the weaker supplement options, it makes me wonder if the others would just make me hyper and then utterly exhausted with their higher dosages? No bodily changes outside of energy bursts, but then, I might have a further update after my monthly time’s done and over with in about another week. We’ll see, I guess, but it’s been a little interesting so far.

Great quality for the price
Works great, I have been taking them for a week and my skin is soft and less breaking out. It does has a taste if you dont have a drink ready and dont smell before you take, easy to swallow and not big, pills resolve easy especially with hot tea. Does not upset my stomach and I have GI issues. Skin feels healthier. I chose this brand because it had a higher mg of beef organs and wasn’t really expensive.

Mixed bag
Used this product steadily for 3-4 weeks. I did like how my energy seemed a little improved, and it might have improved libido, but it made me retain so much water weight. Stopped taking it for 3-4 days and dropped almost 8lbs and feel much less puffy. I took it once a day after the first week because my period did show up a few days after starting it. Lots of other factors here (IUD, 7 months postpartum with my second, stress, etc etc), so take it how you will.

Let’s start first with me…SAHM to 4 homeschooled kids. 33 years old, good diet and exercise, regular periods, slight hormonal acne.* everything you expect/want from this product (more energy, hormone balance, less bloating, regulars periods or light cramps/ bleeding, clearer skin) I had the exact opposite reaction.
