This supplement gives different forms of vitamin D. It’s very effective and a noticeable improvement takes place about the second day of taking. Great Supplement!

D toxicity
I had deficient D3 for a decade that I know of and many months of pharmaceutical D3 did nothing. I developed osteoporosis. Then my new doc advised BioTe. It took a few months until my D3 was normal. But, then I took a supplement for my hair and didn’t tell my doc. It was loaded with D3. I got D toxicity and was very ill. Don’t take any supplements without consulting your doc.
