I noticed a big difference within the first cycle. This helped reduce my bloating, mood swings, and the usual cramps I get. The flavor is good and it’s easy to mix. Definitely worth trying if you struggle during your cycle.

The MOST Important Supplement You Need
I have been testing this supplement the entire month and wow I have fallen absolute in love with this product! This is perfect for anyone you struggles to take pills, as this is a powder you mix into your water, which I love as this is perfect for everyone. For anyone wondering this tastes amazing, genuinely tastes like a diet lemonade you would find at a restaurant, which is why I look forward to taking this everyday as it feels like a fun drink to have for a midday pick me up but its actually an amazing formulation for our bodies. Throughout my time taking this I have definitely noticed a difference in my cycle. I tend to be on the more irregular side in the past each month I was always late by a week or 2 or even some months completely skipping my period. This has not been the case and this month I was only late by 2 days which is huge for me as I want consistently, and seem to have finally found it. I also had more minimal craps than I have had in the past. Overall the ingredients in this are amazing and it is incredible how many different areas this supplement targets at once! I used this product for a month and didn’t feel any effect from it but I’m hoping it helped with hormone balance and ovarian health. I’ve never taken myo-inositol supplements before. I did like that these vegan capsules were easy to take with water and there were no negative side effects.

Life changing

There is nothing worse than having to swallow a huge pill for each vitamin. This supplement condenses several prenatal and overall Womens wellness vitamins into one teaspoon. It tastes great, although there is a very minute and manageable almost protein shake aftertaste…not the artificial sugar protein taste but the powder taste. I add some fresh lemon juice to make it even yummier. I take this around lunch to not react with my thyroid medication (this contains iron and it’s recommended to wait four hours to take with levothyroxine). Highly recommend this product, no fishy aftertaste, no burping. It’s honestly refreshing and provides more levels of vitamin D3, folate and a few other vitamins than my prenatal + fish oil, etc. I will continue to add an additional vitamin for my myo inisitol and d chiro to help with fertility. Excited to continue using. Price is great when you look at how much you’re spending for separate vitamins.
