Germophobes Take Notice
I’ve been using hypochlorous acid for years, not just for sanitizing inanimate objects but also for first aid healing of many different kinds. It kills virtually every rype of bacteria, virus, etc. You may be surprised to learn that if it accidentally gets in your eye or if you get it on mucous membranes, there is no harm. It’s totally nontoxic, and i also use it on my dog’s booboos and for cleaning his areas. It’s great to have it in a nice big jug because i use it regularly in the kitchen and bathroom. You can but smaller bottles or spray containers from this company, but I’m past that level of usage! If you want to try it, do your homework and find out if you should dilute it for your skin. Search for an article in the Scientific American on hypochlorous acid (HOCl), which explains everything. The only thing i disagree with is their saying not to transfer it into other bottles. That’s impractical. I don’t think it’s a problem, tho you have to keep it away from light (in an opaque container) because it’s an unstable compound. If you left it in a clear bottle in the light it would lose its strength; but that also means that if you spray it on a cutting board, for example, you don’t have to wash it off. It will dry quickly with no residue because it just dissipates. Don’t forget to study what percentage of HOCl in water is safe for contact with skin. Some brands might be diluted, or not.

Hypochlorous Acid is that Girl
If you’re looking to eliminate odor in your house this hypochlorous acid is your girl. This is coming from a mother who has two dogs who live and breath on the couch whether we’re at work or home and twins who are 2. Before I started using this I would always smell a sour odor when I walked in or the smell of dog when I sat on the couch, now there’s nothing. It’s easy to use, just put in any sort of spray bottle and spray away.The product seems to be safe on majority of materials. So no worries if you have leakage on items surrounding where you spray. I haven’t used other products of this but I enjoy the quality that it has provided me in my home.

A household staple!
We use this on EVERYTHING, literally! I have small opaque glass spray bottle I pour this into and I keep a spray bottle everywhere. In my purse, diaper bag, car, one in each big room of my house, and at my desk at work. This is such a safer and effective cleaning/sanitizing spray. When we are out and my baby drops his pacifier I spray a little on it, let it air dry real quick, and pop it right back in. It is safe for pets and babies. I use it as hand sanitizer. We use it to clean/sanitize toys, the highchair, and other surfaces. There is no harsh chemical smell. We had no problems with the container leaking. Light can break it down so I love that it is now in a solid white plastic container. It kills all the icky germs that my kids love to bring home. It is getting us through the winter! A staple in our home.

Love this for deodorizing
Honestly I love this. I saw someone on TikTok suggest hypochlorous acid for homes with pets to minimize smell so that is why I got it. And it works! We have 4 dogs in the home so even with regular bathing and grooming, you get a dog smell sometimes. Ever since I started using this regularly on carpets, couch, beds, it has made a world of a difference. I wish there were some more size options other than the small one I got versus a big bottle, but fine regardless. This size is small but I like the spray/mist option more than what a big bottle has. It’s easy to use but it unfortunately does leak a little but sometimes, not a big deal though. This will continue to be a regular purchase in our home because we get exactly what we wanted out of it.

I use this every single day. It’s gentle, safe, and actually works—I feel comfortable using it in the nursery and on playroom surfaces. Love for pet odors!
We spray this on everything. We have a dog so we use this more as a deodorizer for our furniture and rugs. About once a week we clean our rugs, couch, accent chairs, dog bed, etc. Anything that is cloth and might hold odor we vacuum and then spray this on it just enough for it to be wet/damp to the touch. We’ve never had anyone say it smells like dog in our home and this is all we use! I have had a few shipping issues with it either taking forever or getting lost but it works so well that I keep buying.

Daycare Need
I think this should be a staple in any home with a child in daycare or a toddler who touches everything. I use this on everything. I dilute with a bit of water in a spray bottle and spray all toys, shopping carts, jackets, shoes, etc after each use. It is effective in cleaning off the germs from surfaces and sanitizes at the same time. I do like that it comes in a large size container so I can refill when needed.
