I’m 37 weeks now and my weight gain has slowed so I thought it would be a good time to write this review. I used two products faithfully, morning and night, starting as early as 12 weeks. Bert’s Bees Belly Oil immediately after my nightly shower, and Honest Belly Lotion first thing in the morning. I don’t have any stretch marks as of today, but I believe that my weight gain played the most significant role. My pre-pregnancy weight was 114 and my current weight is 139, so by my due date I will have gained 28 at most. I believe this is attainable for literally anyone. I ate mostly whole foods (grains, dairy/meat, veggies, fruits) and tracked my calories in an app. I avoided sugar and fast food as much as possible. I’ve also been pretty physically active throughout pregnancy, but I don’t think that had an influence on my skin. I just wanted to encourage any first-time mamas reading these reviews (like I was) who want to stay healthy and beautiful during this challenging and exciting time. You absolutely got this! And speaking of getting this, get this product, you won’t regret it.Misc-One bottle lasted one pregnancy for me-Got a rash once because I didn’t shower before using-Transferred to a travel-sized pump bottle for easier dispensing

This Burt’s Bees Mama Belly Oil with Vitamin E has been a total lifesaver through my pregnancy (and now heading into these final weeks with our little guy on the way). I started using it around 12 weeks when my bump really popped, and it’s kept my skin so soft and hydrated—no dryness, no itchiness, even as I’ve grown like crazy. Update: 4 weeks postpartum and I can confirm – no stretch marks on my belly!I’ve used this through my whole pregnancy and my belly still looks good at almost 39 weeks. The oil feels so nice on my itchy skin. The only downside is it makes a bit of a mess, but worth it to feel good!

Stretch marks are genetic!
I like this oil because it really makes my skin soft and smooth. It also has a great scent without any added fragrance. However, I can’t say it gave me 0 stretch marks because stretch marks are genetic so if your mom or dad has them, you will more than likely have them too. Which is why I have stretch marks. I do use this daily because I want my skin to be soft and this is definitely pregnancy safe. I just wish the price wasn’t so high! It used to be $6, now it’s a whopping $14!! Absolutely nuts. If you want a pregnancy safe body oil, this is for you.

I started using this amazing Nourishing Oil when I was 19 weeks pregnant. I’m on my 38th week now and no stretchmark at all!! My mom had stretchmarks and although they say it’s on your genes, I’m very happy I don’t have it yet.It smells really great, not too strong for a sensitive nose of pregnant lady. Because I apply this oil more often on my belly than on other body parts, I actually noticed that during my pregnancy, my belly has the best looking skin compared to my legs, arms etc.On my 2nd bottle now and will definitely continue using it!

Burt’s Bees Mama Bee – Body Oil mit Vitamin E ist ein absolut empfehlenswertes Produkt. Ich habe mich bisher mit Pflegeölen sehr schwer getan und mochte sie einfach nicht. Sie klebten und hinterließen ein unangenehmes Gefühl……Aber nicht so mit Burt’s Bees Mama Bee – Body Oil mit Vitamin E. Es ist angenehm leicht zu verteilen, zieht gut ein und hinterlässt ein angenehmes Hautgefühl, nichts klebt und das beste ist der wunderbare zitronige Duft. Ich könnte den ganzen Tag meine Nase da hinein stecken. Es erinnert an Sommer und kühle Softdrinks mit Zitrone. Einfach zum Verlieben.Ich kann dieses Produkt wärmestens Weiterempfehlen und werde es weiterhin nutzen. Die normale Body Lotion müssen jetzt die anderen Familienmitglieder aufbrauchen 😉 Eines muss noch erwähnt werden, es pflegt die Haut wunderbar und ich bin überzeugt, dass meine hässliche Knienarbe schon ein bisschen besser aussieht als vorher. Ich bin überzeugt, es hat sich mit der Verwendung von Burt’s Bees Mama Bee verbessert. Daher sicher auch “Mama” Bee 😉 kann mir sehr gut vorstellen, dass es auch hervorragend bei Schwangerschaftsnarben und zur Vorbeugung von Schwangerschaftsnarben hilft. Einfach TOP!!! Kann man beruhigt kaufen, Der Preis ist für ein gutes Körperöl meines Erachtens im Rahmen. Man kauft es ja nicht jede Woche, da es sehr ergiebig ist.
