Good mix of ingredients in small amounts, a few a standardized, bad taste
I like the ingredients in these gummies but there are many of them and they are in very small amounts. There is only 50 mg of theanine. I like that a few of them are standardized but only very few. They do not taste good even with sugar and corn syrup, two ingredients I am not thrilled to have. I am not picky and don’t mind interesting flavors but I don’t like the taste of these.

I’ve been trying these for a bit, and I gotta say, they bring some real chill energy. The combo of L theanine, magnesium, ashwagandha, apigenin, vitamin B6, and that bonus cortisol support feels like a smooth wave of calm rolling in. My head feels clearer and less jittery, and there’s a definite “ease” settling over me, especially when the day’s been a bit much. They are a nice bedtime buddy that doesn’t knock you out, but eases you in.Something I really like is how easy it is to pop them. No big pills or weird aftertaste. I notice I’m more relaxed without feeling drowsy, which is a win if you want your brain and body to chill without turning off. The ingredients list reads like a wellness team. It’s nice to see recognized calming helpers all working together.On the flip side, the flavor isn’t top tier. It’s fine, but not all that memorable, and the texture could use a bit of work. Chewing them feels kind of off. Also, for full effect, I’ve had to take more than just one, so they’ll vanish faster than you might hope. A little more punch per gummy would be welcome, especially if you want fewer chews per chill session.Overall, they deliver a relaxed, grounded feeling without knocking you out or leaving you fuzzy. Just wish the taste and chew felt as good as the calm they bring.

Great tasting gummies
These are great tasting gummies that have only clean and necessary ingredients. I appreciate that the ingredients are clearly stated and that there are no unneeded additives. The taste is so good that I have to keep myself from snacking on them. The herbs included are all great herbs to add to your daily routine. I like the convenience of the gummies for quickly and easily adding these herbs to my daily routine. I also like that I get just a little treat with them with I eat them. Just a bit of sweet to start the day. I have not found that the sweet flavor is enough to effect my blood sugar either.

Only has 20mg l-theanine in 2 gummies, and for me, the taste was bad
OK I read the reviews before getting these that say they taste good, so I was not expecting them to taste so bad as they do. To me, these taste like what a lemon Renuzit would taste like if you took a bite of it. I think the only way I will get over it is to swallow them whole.As someone who has used l-theanine for years for its chill properties which are well worth trying, I know that the standard strength dose is 200mg and some extra strength doses come in 400mg+ in one capsule. I’ve been taking 200mg for as long as I can remember. Imagine my shock when the word “L-Theanine” is gigantic on the front label, but when you turn the bottle around, two gummies only have 20mg. That is 10x lower than the usual capsule.The front of the bottle appears to list all the ingredients in the proprietary blend, but strangely it leaves out passion flower extract, which is the first ingredient listed in the blend. This is important, as I always look to make sure my l-theanine supplements are not mixed with passion flower ingredients (they often are due to their relaxing synergy), namely because people who have latex allergies like I do, can find themselves allergic to passion flower as well. I discovered that from a similar supplement. It’s my fault for just glancing at the front label and not researching the ingredients list, but so many ingredients are listed on the front in big letters it seems particularly strange the front doesn’t mention passion flower extract. However, I did eat some of these and had no reaction so perhaps the amount is low or I haven’t built up enough to affect me.Mine also came sweaty and sticky (see pics.) This made them doubly unappetizing. I think this blend has some merits, but I would not consider it specifically an l-theanine supplement, but moreso for the other quality ingredients. I am not sure 20mg of l-theanine would be effective for most people, as it’s nowhere near the standard recommended dosage. Everyone’s taste is different so maybe these actually taste good to some people but I found the whole experience in the “not good” side of things.

Easy to Eat
I received a full container that was properly sealed.The gummies have a very slightly bitter taste, but not enough to be unpleasant, and with no lingering aftertaste.The gummies do stick together a bit, but the wide jar makes it easy to get my fingers in and pull them apart.Taking these daily does seem to help me stay calm and focused. It’s a healthy variety of vitamins in an easy-to-consume form.
