    Excellent Smart Ring
I have been wearing this smart ring for a week now and it is incredibly convenient to use while maintaining a minimalist design. It accurately tracks steps, heart rate, and blood oxygen levels. The ring is lightweight and comfortable enough for all-day wear even while sleeping or working out, and the battery lasts 5-7 days on a full charge. For those of you who are focused on sleep and recovery, this ring does a great job without the bulk of a smartwatch!

Nope no worth it. Spend your money else where.
I got it back in July, and it worked fine for a few weeks. I noticed that the step count was significantly off compared to my Apple Watch. Also, see the sleep tracker count when I am in bed. Now it doesn’t charge at all and will not sync with my phone. It says it’s charging, and nothing happens. It’s a waste of money, and as they say, “you get what you pay for. “Would I rebuy it? NOPE

Hard to find app – wouldn’t scan code
I am very disappointed in this ring! It’s very lightweight but my main issue is the scan picture doesn’t scan. I had to search for the app. It came with no charge so I had to wait until it had a partial charge to even pair it with my phone. There are no instructions other than to tell you to wear the sensor to the inside of your finger. This is the 3rd smart ring I’ve had and it by far under performs the other brands. I will come back and edit this review after using it a few days but I’m not holding my breath. I HATE leaving poor reviews but this one was unavoidable.EDIT: I returned the ring as it wouldn’t stay connected to the app. It also was wildly inaccurate recording my BP as 210/134! I was extremely disappointed in this product. Amazon did refund my purchase tho.

Overall, it’s Ok, but spend more for a better app and ring with more sensors
I really wanted to like this ring, and I kind of do, but it’s just ok. The biggest drawback is the app honestly. It tracks your heart rate consistently, though I am not sure accurately. But all of the other measures, like blood oxygen, blood pressure, etc. you have to trigger the measure on your own. Another drawback of the app, it seems to just quit tracking workouts on a whim. I think that if you start tracking a workout and then close the phone the app seems to lose it and quit. Also, very limited sports options. For example, you can track running but not walking or hiking. There is a “random aerobics” option and weightlifting and a few others, like biking and treadmill. It also, while working out, tracks your distance?? When it tracks a run it also doesn’t really map your run, or at least if it does I couldn’t get it to show me that track. While working out, it seems to also lose my heart rate and not really measure it correctly all the time. I would workout with it and a watch and the watch definitely seemed to have data that matched my physical experience better than the ring. It also gets scratched up pretty easy while lifting weights. It seems to be fairly accurate, on the whole, with measurements and is consistent in its measurements, so that was a plus. It fit nicely, I liked the look of it and the feel. It tracked my sleep well, that was a good benefit to it. The battery life was pretty accurate to the description, I would need to charge it about once a week. I think that if you are interested in dipping your toe in the fitness ring world, this is a good starter but it’s going to hit some limits real quick and you’ll want to move on to a better one. Oh, it only has one sensor btw. So that is probably the reason it didn’t always read accurately and if the sensor got spun around and wasn’t able to read a vein as well, likely led to some inaccuracy. So, overall, it’s ok and a good starter ring but I think I should have spent more on a better ring with a better app. Oh, the app doesn’t link to Strava and likely any of the other stuff. If the app was better, I’d probably keep using it but it just doesn’t serve my need.

    Stylish and Functional Smart Ring
My husband has been using this in addition to his garmin watch and comparing the results to see the accuracy and it is comparable to the garmin watch so we are impressed with the accuracy. It is a sleek design just like the much more expensive Oura ring, and is comfortable to wear. The charger works well and is easy to use as well. The overall value is definitely worth it for someone looking for a simple way to track things such as heart rate, sleep, etc.

Good deal for the price point but not for me.
I like the app and the functionality but I don’t love the rings itself. The app is free with a small ad and monitors steps, HR, sleep, O2, BP, temp and stress. Unclear how stress is measured. Steps are the only measurement automatically detected, all others have to be manually checked. It appears consistent with my Apple Watch. The ring itself is very light weight but feels like plastic and scratches easily. I bought the gold band that has silver on edges which also cheapen the look in my opinion. It was one of the cheapest smart ring options so for the price point it is a good deal, but I have decided to spend a little more for something I like the look of.

    I’d not recommend
I got mine and tried it for a few nights, but the sleep tracking was completely inaccurate, and I don’t really feel like the rest of the vital signs like blood pressure and pulse were accurate. The ring is very thick and feels kind of uncomfortable in your finger. I don’t think I would recommend anybody by this honestly. If it’s not pulling valid data, there’s no point in wearing it. I definitely noticed the sleep tracking was not accurate.

    nice ring, accurate
The ring worked great. The pink is so pretty. It was a gift for my daughter. Unfortunately we got her the wrong size so it wasn’t quite reading accurately. It was totally a user error. We ended up returning it.
