Tastes great, good for your sore throat!
We love this tea for when sore throats come along. We’ve been buying it a couple of years now. It tastes great even without honey, although adding honey will help your throat even more. It’s a good value for the price for all the herbs you get inside each bag. Earth Mama says the bags are compostable and only have “just enough thermoplastic fibers to make sure they stay closed” whatever that means. Sounds like there is still a little bit of plastic in the bags but maybe not as much as some other brands. 🤷🏻♀️

Great taste, any time I feel a sniffle coming on I drink a few cups of this and I feel better! Haven’t been sick all winter. Very good deal on the two packs. Very good flavor and works good!

Delicious tea! I love drinking tea at the end of my day. This tea is potent so I only use one bag with honey. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy, and it contains all the right ingredients.

This is great tasting tea that puts me to sleep quickly
This is great tasting tea that puts me to sleep quickly. After a stressful day it helps me to relax. The only problem has been that I am nursing my 3 mo old son and noticed sharp drop in milk production and couldn’t pinpoint the cause. Then I started researching ingredients I found a sourse that said that lemon balm (main ingredient of this tea) has a potential to drop milk production and is used to treat overproduction of breast milk or to dry up the supply. Even though it is said on the box that this tea is safe during breastfeeding (which I don’t doubt), do your own research on the ingredients before ingesting it. I had to stop drinking it and trying to reestablish my production. However, will deffinately drink it after done nursing.

Taste isn’t bad, but very mild and not soothing to my throat. I’d like to think the herbs are still doing something for me though 😌

Relaxing, delicious cup of herbal tea
I prefer to drink herbal teas when I’m pregnant and nursing, and I try to avoid caffeine. Oh, I do love coffee, so I often find myself craving some drink that is hot and bitter. So I brew a strong cup of this tea for myself and get to enjoy the herbal benefits as well as the relaxing ritual of a hot drink.As a young mama with two littles and one on the way, I also appreciate the herbs that help me relax and feel centered. Also, this tea blend includes red raspberry leaf, which is an excellent herbal tonic for the uterus.
