GREAT product.
I found this item easy to set up and use. It comes with everything needed, inclduing a very soft cloth folded into a little Bear. Great product. omes with a USB cord to Charge the power pack. Charge before using then unplug and pack will stay charged for quite a while.

Soothing Relief Made Easy
The sitz bath with a water pump is a game changer! Super comfortable, easy to use, and provides instant relief. The pump keeps the water flowing perfectly. Both bath and pump is made with quality materials. It was nicely package with a cleaning cloth its also very easy to clean. I highly recommend.

Cheap, disappointed.
Was great at first. Had to replace the batteries after just a few uses. And now even replacing the batteries and cleaning the pump, it still refuses to turn on. Very disappointed. I’ve only had this product for less than two months and have used it maybe 15 times.

Good Sitz!
If you need a sitz bath, this is a good one. My youngest “baby” is 24 and the sitz bath I had to use during and after I was pregnant with her was not pleasant. The flimsy basin came with a plastic bag you had to fill with warm water and hang, a plastic tube to carry the water to the sitz basin, and a plastic clamp that worked sometimes to control the flow of water. There was no way to completely dry out the bag so it sometimes grew mold, and the basin was bulky to store.This one “folds” for easy storage. you fill the basin with warm water and a tiny battery operated device shoots the water where you want it and has an on off switch on the battery pack. There’s even a way to control the amount of flow. It’s so much easier and comfortable to use, and more importantly to CLEAN. It even comes with a hook you can attach to the wall to hang the basin to dry completely before folding it up. The holes in the back of the basin are perfectly placed to spill out the water into the toilet when you’re done. I’m very pleased with this modern iteration of the thing we don’t mention in public.

Perfect for relief of pain, cleansing, soothing. Easy to use. Fact that it uses batteries is a win win, as you can travel with it. Works wonderful ! I was hesitant on making this purchase, not convinced of it’s compatibility for using. But it’s perfect & totally recommend.

A must-have for post hemorrhoid surgery recovery
This product has been essential to my recovery post hemorrhoid surgery. It’s easy to use and you can simply place it on the toilet. I would say that if you use it a few times daily, you’d likely need to replace the battery every other week or so, which seems to be a bit frequent. But overall this product has been so worth the price.
