Great carrying case
This is a truly hands-free wearable pump. It does not require a special pumping bra and can easily be worn while up and moving around.The carrying case is the most impressive case I’ve seen for a wearable. The eufy case could learn from this one! The zippers and compartments keep everything organized and nothing falls out.This pumps themselves are comfortable, but a little on the loud side. Not a huge issue, just a minor setback.Overall, a good value for the price. Comes with everything you need and a couple spare diaphrams and duckbill valves. A great secondary pump when you don’t want to be tied to the wall.

Good Breast Pump
Very easy to use and love the hands free option. I also like that it has different modes. I use massage setting first then express. The reason I gave this product four stars is because I can only pump two times at 20 minutes before it has to be plugged in and charged. I also don’t like that there’s no option to plug in while you pump

Comes with the best pump case!
This portable breast pump is solid! It’s very comfortable to use and stays in place easily — truly hands-free. The battery life seems to be pretty long, and I love the carrying case it comes with! It’s the best one I’ve gotten with a pump thus far. These pumps are a bit slower and louder than my other pumps, but nothing overly noticeable. I’d definitely recommend it as a more affordable high-end hands-free pump.

Good… but my Nuliies are basically the same, and they are half the price of the Ellies
I got these to keep in the office, since I don’t want to keep dragging my Nuliies (another S32 wearable brand) back and forth from home to work. I really like the S32 model, so I decided to try this brand, mostly because it came with so many accessories and seemed to have good output from the reviews (e.g., backup duckbill valves, additional flange inserts, a charger for each motor, a travel case, etc.). I really rely on my wearables, so I was hoping to find something that was a bit stronger than my Nuliies and I (perhaps naively) associated “higher price” with “higher suction/more output.” Hmmm…Overall, it IS definitely comparable to my Nuliies in terms of (a) model (obviously, since they’re both S32), (b) output, and (c) fit/feel…PROS:- Love that it comes with a case that can fit EVERYTHING, and it’s a pretty tough shell- LOVE that the silicone flanges actually have caps on them to help keep milk from spilling out!- Since it’s basic S32 model, the pieces are interchangeable with other pumps from other brands (i.e., I can use all the parts with either the Nuliie or Ellie motors and I don’t have to fuss with which part pairs with which motor, which subsequently makes washing/sanitizing/drying a lot easier since I do bring the milk collection pieces home to clean [and leave the motors at the office]).CONS:- A LITTLE LOUD: They ARE a bit louder than my Nuliies and the Ellies are priced at $199 whereas my Nuliies (which had EVERYTHING the Ellies did, including all the additional valves and diaphrams, except for the carrying case, and Nuliies didn’t have as many inserts but that’s not as big a deal because you can get tons of inserts for around $10 separately) was only $59.99 on sale (and $99.99, typically). SO… as at least one other reviewer pointed out, you can get the same thing (sans carrying case) for at least half the price, if not even cheaper.- YOU CAN GET THE FLANGES WITH CAPS SEPARATELY: Once I saw how nice it was to have caps on the silicone flanges, it occurred to me that I could just buy these types of flanges separately and pair them with my Nuliies… So not sure these flanges make this price point worth it.- CARDBOARD SIZER UNNECESSARY: Don’t bother with the cardboard nipple size measuring tool (ouch!), there are plenty of soft silicone/rubbery ones that are meant to last and are pretty cheap (or included in a flanges kit); the sizes are also pretty limited- COLOR: Not a fan of the soft off-yellow color… especially paired with the bright light blue. When I see the milk inside the cup, under the motor, it just doesn’t evoke a very nice or appetizing feeling??? I wish it were a light green or a cream color or some other neutral, rather than this faded butter, I think, but that’s just for aesthetics, so if that doesn’t matter to you, don’t worry (I just keep noticing it every time I pump)- NO MILK BAGS: I just remembered that my Nuliies came with 10 milk bags. For $199, that would have been nice for Ellie to include too!

This breast pump is incredible. It is easy to use which is perfect for us moms who are TIRED and just need whatever help and convenience we can get. These pumps are lightweight and feel natural when attached. It comes with everything you need. You can tell the quality is good. I like the carry/storage case it comes with. Everything is really easy to clean too.

Comfortable enough and portable
This hands free breast pump is great in the sense that it is “portable” for around the house or on the go rather than being tethered to a pump that requires an outlet. That being said, it is definitely NOT discrete enough that I would ever be comfortable using it out in public. The pump sound is about as loud as my larger pumps, and it is very noticeable when wearing it. But if you need to do chores around the house, then it’s portable and perfect for that.The suction is not as strong as I would like, but it gets the job done and the included carry case is very nice to have for keeping all the parts together.

Convenient, quiet, but a little slow
This portable breast pump is so handy. It’s much easier and more comfortable to use than my regular pump, and they fit snugly without causing discomfort. I like that it’s quieter, so I can pump discreetly at my desk without drawing attention.It only comes with three nipple sizes, and at first I thought that might be limiting, but it still creates a good seal. The pumping speed is a little slow, which can get frustrating if I’m really full, though it’s fine for most sessions. Cleaning isn’t too hard with a small brush, but be careful—there are a couple of small pieces to keep track of and can easily fall down the kitchen drain.Overall, I really like how portable and discreet this pump is. It may not be the fastest, but the convenience makes up for it.
