great assortment of things – particularly great as things do eventually expire!
This review is for BrightCare’s first aid kit refill.If you’ve had a first aid kit for some time and the luck to not have to use it much (or even check on it), now might be the time to see the condition of some of the things in there! Not everything lasts forever, and certainly not the things in your kit, nor the things in this kit! That said, a great assortment of things to have on hand – would not recommend using the case this comes with as a substitute for a medical kit. And it would be worth doing an audit of what’s in here, and whether you need other things (like OTC medications).

Has the basics that should be rotated as they expire
I carry first aid kits in all of our cars along with the giant one at the house. Many people don’t know that things like basic bandaids have an expiration date too. The adhesive can go bad and not stick. The envelope they are in can degrade and no longer be sterile. The antibiotic ointments definitely can expire. Among other things. So I try to rotate out older stick items in our kits with fresh when possible. If you don’t use them much then this kit should be able to restock a few kits with the basics.

Good assortment of refill medical supplies
The kit comes with a nice assortment of replacement medial supplies. I do wish there were more bandages though as I tend to go through basic bandages the most. You might want to supplement the kit with some additional medications like ibuprofen and an antihistamine. I like that everything in the kit seems to be labeled with an expiration date. The kit itself isn’t as well as the sub-bags in the kit are not fully sealed and have a small hole in the bag (it seems to be intentional) so the kit doesn’t come in a water/moisture proof bag. Most things in the kit are labeled as made by Firstar Healthcare Company.

Great volume and quality for the price
This first aid kit refill has a lot of variety and reliable supplies. It can be hard to keep up with expiration dates on first aid supplies, and it tends to be expensive. I have several kits—one in my car, one in the house, and one for camping and hiking. I found that buying this bulk refill was a really effective way to make sure I have the essentials across all my kits, and I’m satisfied with the quality. I like being able to pick and choose what each kit needs, and still have supplies left over. Definitely recommend, fantastic value for the price.

This is great. It has a wide variety of items that are perfect for restocking your first aid kit or for making up a new first aid kit in your own bag. The items all seem decent quality and there’s a nice amount.

Great for the Car
I ordered this thinking I would just use it to refill some of my older first aid kits that found their stock dwindling over the years. So while I did do that, I was left over when more than enough supplies for a whole other kit. So, I decided to toss everything that was left into the trunk and now I finally have some first aid supplies while I’m on the go.The quality of the items in the kit is on par with every other kit I’ve owned. It’s really all just meant for emergency type situations. But overall, this kit is a great item to have.
