One the the best things for menstruating women!
This brand is the TRUTH you hear me?! Its potent, flavorful and contributes in the ways it’s supposed to. And this isn’t the only herbal extract I have of theirs, no complaint there either! You can tell you’re consuming for health not sickness. I take this not only a day or 2 BEFORE my cycle but also when I feel I could use some support while on it. So times where my cramps are a bit much or I can tell they’re going to get intense, I take a swallow of it and it definitely helps ease any pain, my bleeding isn’t as heavy, and my mood isn’t all over the place. And esp. effective for those experiencing peri-menopausal symptoms. The ingredients are natural, doesn’t adversely effect my sleep, no observed side effects other than slight burning in my tummy but diluting with a little water while consuming or right after easily does the trick. Just goes to show the product itself is NOT diluted and LOVE that about it. I’d honestly prefer to do that part myself and determine how much dilution is required for ME. It’s easy to take and I don’t take as much as it calls for at a time bc for ME I feel its a bit much with the potency the way I consume it. BUT if mixing with 6-8oz of water or juice, thats different. Just not how I personally do it. But the product itself is amazing. No complaints at all.

Supportive 12 ounces of wellness
My DIL recently had surgery on some endometriosis and has had a lot of difficulty with her cycle regulation. As a result, I ordered this to help her get better regulated and help with balancing her cycle. It contains some herbal/natural ingredients for estrogen balance as well as vitamin, probiotic and nutritional aids to promote energy and mental clarity. I rate this 4 stars instead of 5 due to no provision of a full ingredient list on their listing nor their website. I personally like to read ingredient lists, and I find the ingredients in their listing confusing. While the bottle says Don Quai Root, Sheperds Purse & Yarrow Flower as the ingredients, the listing says it also provides “key ingredients such as maca root, myo-inositol & d-chiro inositol.” And then it also mentions fenugreek, black cohosh, folic acid, lemon balm, a vaginal probiotic and fertility-boosting vitamins. In my opinion, this is all an impressive combination for women’s health and I love that this product is made in the USA by a clearly caring, small, women-owned company.The bottle arrived in great shape and you get 12 ounces of the supplement. Our DIL has committed herself to Flow Secure for the past 3 weeks. She follows their suggestion by taking 1 TBSP in mango juice twice per day and, although it has a slight flavor of it’s own, she doesn’t notice that it changes the taste of the juice. She is really satisfied with this, saying her energy level is noticeably better and her last cycle went smoother than it has in months as a result of her surgery *and* this supplement. She and I discussed this at length and both of us agree that this supplement should be recommended to female friends and family who want to focus on and support their health and wellness.

Disappointing packaging
I wanted so much to love this product, especially knowing it comes from a black-ownedsmall business. I was even more excited since my daughter has been diagnosed with endometriosis, and I have heard that many of these ingredients could be helpful to her. Unfortunately, upon opening the Amazon bag, the bubble wrap was sticky. As I removed the wrap and unscrewed the cap, I noticed immediately that the bottle’s inner safety seal was not adhered to the bottle itself, and the product was leaking. Unfortunately, since the bottle was exposed to the packaging materials and not sealed properly, I did not feel comfortable using the product. I had high hopes, but am disappointed. I hope the manufacturer can learn from these circumstances and find a better way to seal their bottles.
