Effective, if messy
I’ve been taking this for a couple months now & it does seem like it’s helped a lot with the wild mood swings. I haven’t had any GI issues or problems taking them, definitely super gentle. It does have a smell – not unpleasant necessarily, but the fenugreek is noticeable (my husband says I smell like weird maple syrup for about 10 minutes after I take them). I knocked a star off because they leak – there’s a slightly sticky, slightly oily residue that gets on my fingers when I take them & has now stained the bottom of my pill box…saffron yellow. I also take a medicine in tablet form & if they touch in my pill box, the tablet starts to soften/ fall apart & turn yellow. I’ve gone through 2 bottles & it’s been a problem with both. They seem to make enough of a difference that I don’t want to stop taking them, but the mess is really disappointing.

The only one that worked!
My period used to be quite uncomfortable and painful. This supplement is the only one that worked for me. There is no weird taste or smell, it makes my period very pleasant and calming, there is no more bloating or tenderness. My body feels better and better after each period. I’ve been taking this supplement during my period for the past 12 month, now there is no more cramps or uncomfortable symptoms any more. Really gentle and effective supplement!

No Negative Side Effects
I’ve heard of Gaia Herbs before and I felt that their brand is trustworthy. I know that there are a lot of fake supplements on Amazon, so I get wary of purchasing from off-brand herbs. I prefer to buy from a few select trusted sources and I feel that Gaia is a good one.The herbs in this bottle, fenugreek, turmeric, hawthorn berry, leaf ,and flower, and saffron are fantastic herbs. I love learning about medicinal plants and their uses, looking up every ingredient to learn about their benefits.Not typically having cramps, there hasn’t been any noticeable physical difference while using them. I was hoping to simply support hormones and maintain good health. I believe they are a fantastic aid for that.

Great brand, does taste a bit-update…some pills leak out!
There is a taste to this pill when you put it in your mouth. Fenugreek often ends up being overwhelming in supplements. I love this brand and I know that they’re great as I’ve had some of their other supplements. I started taking fenugreek for female times and it really helped cramps. I still have to keep trying this one during my cycle to see if it is as effective, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t be.The current price is $28.04.Edit* These definitely have a flavor, but that doesn’t bother me too much. For some reason they leak out when I put them in my air tight pill container. I’ve never had a supplement do that, and definitely not one from Gaia. Am disappointed in the quality because I usually expect much greater with this brand.

Not worth it
Took 2 bottles of these and didn’t notice a difference. I ended up deciding that I’d rather not take a supplement with a “proprietary blend”. But no bad reactions either so not the worse possible, just not worth it.

Gentle Formula, But No Noticeable Benefits for Me
I recently finished a bottle of Gaia Herbs Cycle Serenity, a women’s hormonal balance supplement. I appreciated the gentle formula, which didn’t cause any adverse reactions or discomfort.However, after completing the full bottle, I didn’t experience any noticeable positive effects on my hormonal balance or overall well-being. It’s possible that this supplement simply didn’t resonate with my body, or that my expectations were too high.

trust the ingredients
This is a company I feel like I trust more than others. I also appreciate the glass bottle! I was a bit confused about whether to take these daily or just on your cycle, but I presume it’s a daily thing. Love the ingredient list and the additional hormonal balancing support they could provide.
