Taste amazing and works really well. Unlike other melatonin gummies I have tried, I actually sleep through the entire night with these. The only downside is they are so sticky! I don’t know if it is because they melted a bit during the mailing process since it is summer. It’s not a dealbreaker for me but it is annoying having to wash my hands after taking them.

Slimy and weird taste
The melatonin does its job to help with sleep which is the important thing. I have other Goli vitamins in gummy for and I like them. These were not as I expected with the reviews saying stuff like “great” or “good” for the taste. I understand that there are other ingredients besides melatonin but I didn’t think it would taste bad. It is a tolerable taste – that is the best I can say. I didn’t think much of the comments that said gummies stick together because I know they do! But these are STICKY, kind of slimy so they stick together. The slime feeling is less tolerable than the taste somehow. I’ll finish this bottle (maybe) and then find a different melatonin to help with sleep.

Definitely improves sleep
These really make a huge difference. I wake up very early and remain as active as possible daily so I can get maximum rest. I’ve always struggled with sleeping for long periods of time so I constantly encorporate changes to help. I noticed a decent change in my sleep after each use. It didn’t seem to be significant until I ran out and I realized that they helped me get a deeper sleep even though I still woke up throughout the night. They calm my mind and they’re really good tasting. I don’t get grogginess that come from other sleep aids. I reordered and will continue to repurchase.

Before this I was using 3mg of melatonin as and when I needed to, this was not as effective as that despite apparently containing more melatonin per dose (two pieces)

Size of the gummies are okTaste is little bit sweet for me since im pre diabetic person.For me the product is not much effective for me. Still im ending up sleeping like 2am pas.The bad side of this product effect to me in the morning was after i take it for 3 consecutive days my i felt headache and I stopped and not take it anymore.Its up to u if u want to try but better the less quantity if u guys still need to try but observe it once u take it.
