Great if you aren’t already sensitive!
I used these in the beginning of my breastfeeding journey with my newborn. They fit perfectly and delivered instant relief during those first stages of BF (aka the cracked nipple stage). Though they do deliver on the relief part, removing them can be an absolute nightmare if you have cracked nipples. They are STICKY, which was not a fun time when I had to peel them off. What I will say is that they do soften any chapped skin you may have which actually helped my little one to nurse. Before this, it was so scabbed that she couldn’t get a drop out. Sorry if TMI, but it was a surprising perk to these. Other than the pain you feel when removing them from sensitive nipples, they do the job and offer a great shield against rubbing fabric. I would recommend this, just not anyone who has damaged skin like I did.

Provides relief for sore nips
These are such a clever idea – they remind me of under eye patches except for nipples. Putting them in the fridge before use is a great tip too. These would be great for a newly postpartum mom or a moms whose bby is getting teeth. They bring comfort to aching body and quick to give relief. I like that you can use one set for a day or two, that helps stretch the pack. Super quick and easy to use, just open and apply.

Add these to your hospital bag!
I wish I had these pads when I was freshly postpartum with cracked, sore nipples from breastfeeding! Even now, they still work great—my son has teeth now, so the extra help is much appreciated. I’d definitely recommend these as a baby shower gift or something to pack in your hospital bag for those first rough days of breastfeeding. They’re cooling, comforting, and super easy to apply.

Eases pumping pains
This is a great addition for pumping/ breastfeeding. It helps with pain and the cooling and moisturizer makes getting through the day more bearable. These aren’t messy and the moisturizer soaks into the skin.

I love that these are individually packaged and not packaged in pairs. I dont always need to use 2 at the same time so its nice to be able to only open one at a time. They have been a fantastic thing to have for breastfeeding and help soothe my nipples after a rough week! You just open and apply so they are very easy to use. Cooling and comforting. I love this brand and this has been a great product!

I really like the concept of these to help promote healing. The great thing about them is that they will not leave greasy residue on your clothing like cream would. They’re really easy to use and last for a full day. They help with comfort when you are dealing with cracked or damaged skin. Since they last a full day, I feel like they are a good value for the money. I like that they came in a multi pack because I feel like this could get you through the beginning stages of breast-feeding. Everything that I’ve gotten from this brand has been high-quality and it’s the same for this product. They are comfortable. No issues with temperature

These are lifesavers for some mamas and provide relief but removal isn’t completely pain free
These provide great relief to some mamas struggling with sore nipples from breastfeeding. As a first time mama, I really struggle with painful chapped nipples that are truly tear-inducing. Having these in the fridge for extra cooling relief was helpful and soothing though removal not so much. I like that they’re individually packaged in sleek sleeves so they can be stored practically anywhere. I will give warning, these might not be as sticky as other brands but they do have to be sticky to stay on your nipple which means you do have to pull them from your nipple. For me, this was pretty miserable and I had to do it very slowly and almost negated any relief I got from the pad itself. It really depends on your level of pain. I do think these are really helpful for soothing but the removal is not fun regardless that they’re less sticky than others (any small amount of adherence or pulling motion when removing hurts). You do need to clean off your nipple area after using before breastfeeding which can be difficult if you are potentially out of your home when using these, but also if your nipples are in a lot of pain, wiping them with a cloth might be enough to trigger more pain. While I do think these are absolutely helpful for some mamas, it’s important to consider your situation and your level of pain to decide what kind of relief might be best suited for you.
