How to Use
Find the right size for you
How can I confirm the correct flange size?
Use the ”nipple measure tool” , and select the flange according to the measurement size. (Be sure to measure the diameter of the nipple alone—do not include the areola.)
Choose the correct size flange?
The size of the breast pump itself is 27MM. If your size is smaller than 27MM, the package comes with 17mm/ 19mm/ 21mm and 24mm flanges. Adjust comfortable as you want.
Milk does not flow/ weak or no suction?
1, Try removing the pump and covering the air outlet with your fingers to check for suction. If there’s suction, make sure all parts are properly assembled (Refer to the video on the listing page).
2, Press the Cup securely against the breast.
Feel discomfort while pumping?
1, Put the nipple into central of silicone flange, do not touch the nipples around the flange to avoid friction pain.
2, Choose the best fit size of silicone flange before you use.
3, Decrease suction strength.
4, Press the Cup securely.
Get the right bra
We recommend you wear a full-coverage nursing bra to from a tight seal between your breasts and flange. If you feel the cup moves during use, please tighten your bra strap to adjust the cup again, or choose another bra.

Works with pumps that have tubing
Love love love! Works with my insurance pump (Amanda Joya Plus) and my wall pump (medela) parts are easy to take apart and clean and easy to put back together. The collection cups are smaller so more discrete and this beats being attached with large flanges and bottles on your boobs. I’m 1 year into my breastfeeding journey with my 3 rd kid and didn’t want to spend much on upgrading my pumps, so this was the more affordable option.

No matter how tight you press them they leak also if you set them on the counter they can just pop open and milk goes everywhere. 🙁

Great Product
Doesn’t leak, way more convenient than the spectra cups. Easy to disassemble and clean. Good suction. The cups regular flange size is a little bigger so some inserts don’t fit completely snug but I didn’t think it affected the output or leakage.

Spectra compatible
These work great with my spectra pump! My only gripe is sometimes milk gets trapped behind the rubber diaphragm, so I have to take it apart to get that last little bit. Otherwise a perfect alternative to the bottle flanges!

Comfortable/discrete
I’m really glad I went with these cups as I was looking at a few options.I have a Spectra pump (s2) these connect perfectly and collect just as much milk. Easy to assemble and take apart for cleaning.I can wear my nursing tanks and bras, no need for specific pumping bras with the holes, which I love.Comes with additional parts which is also a huge plus.I can hold and tend to my baby much easier while pumping.I can appreciate that they come with different size flange inserts and sizer! Super important for a comfortable pump.I would reccomend this product!

Ok, but doesn’t last
These worked well with my pink Spectra for like two months, but the seals don’t last after washing and sterilizing

Perfect wearable for Spectra
These are the perfect wearables for my spectra pump! Easy to connect and it even comes with the tubing and nipple inserts. May be a little difficult to put together and take a part, but I use the fridge hack so I’m only doing this once a day. I’d recommend to anyone wanting a wearable cup with their spectra.

Parts melted!!
The instructions say to submerge the parts in water and boil for 5 minutes before first use. The cups were in the pot for less than 3 minutes and started to melt. I have asked for replacement parts and will just use a steam sterilizer next time. Will update my review once replacement parts arrive.

My 100% would recommend these cups for the Spectre S1. As a mom who pumps exclusively, this has made pumping a breeze. No more worrying if I can’t get home in time or find somewhere private to pump. I have used these to pump in the ER, the grocery store, even my car. It makes my hospital grade pump, much more portable and discreet. It fits comfortably right in my bra, and I have never had a single leak. Definitely don’t sterilize in the microwave, I lost a good pair this way. Boil or steam only!

Fits well and is comfortable. The parts became a little tight to fit together after washing in a bottle washer. The duck bills do not appear to be standard sizes so perhaps replacements will be challenging. Has a 27 inch opening which makes finding extra flanges a little challenging. Used with a spectra pump but also has an attachment to use with other hospital grade pumps.
