Excellent product
I am very pleased with this product. It is faaarr better than Nature’s Bounty. My nails have stopped breaking off into the quick, and my hair has stopped falling out, which is what was happening with the other product. Unfortunately, I don’t see any changes in my skin, and yes, there is an odd smell initially, but that has gone away over time. The payoff is so worth it!

Easy to swallow pills
I’m not great with pills, but these are easy to swallow and do not affect my stomach in any way. However, they do smell strong. Be prepared for that when you open the bottle. They also can add a stronger smell to your urine. But I am already seeing results with my nails and hair. My skin is starting to feel softer and less dry as well.

Effective and high quality
These are a great supplement for healthy hair, skin & nails. While I recently chopped my long locks, I had hair down past my shoulder blades that continuously grew healthy and thick. My nails grow like crazy and I’m always having to trim them. I also notice an overall improvement to my complexion with a great reduction in any breakouts or redness. Yes, they do smell kind of bad, but they are easily swallowed and no taste lingers… So… Just don’t smell your supplements people, easy as that 😅 Great value for the amount of supplements that you get and I love the added collagen and argan oil which helps with nearly all your bodily functions. Overall definitely happy and have repurchased!

Well, well, well, look who’s got the secret potion for luxurious hair and nails – the Hair Skin and Nails Vitamins! Even though I might be past my teenage glory days and firmly planted in the “mid-something-or-other” phase (let’s not go there with the “O” word), these vitamins seem to work some kind of magic on my tresses and talons.I can practically hear my hair and nails singing praises for these vitamins – they’ve hit the jackpot with the growth game. I’m talking optimal growth, people! My hair is flourishing like it’s attending its own growth party, and my nails are like, “Hold my champagne, we’re getting longer!”But, of course, life can’t be all sunshine and roses – my skin didn’t get the memo about these vitamins’ miraculous powers. No matter how many supplements and lotions I throw at it, my skin remains stubbornly dry and ashy. Seriously, it’s like my skin is in a long-term relationship with its ashy nature, and nothing can break them apart.I’ve taken a solemn vow to swallow these vitamins religiously, along with a whole squad of multi-vitamins and other supplements, hoping for the holy trinity of hair, nails, and skin benefits. While the hair and nails are enjoying the party, my skin is like the third wheel, feeling left out in the cold.But hey, these vitamins are easy to swallow – a small comfort in the grand scheme of my vitamin routine. So, despite the dry skin debacle, I will give these vitamins another shot – after all, I’m all about giving things a second chance, even if my skin isn’t convinced.But hey, I’ll take the good with the not-so-good, and maybe, just maybe, there’s hope for my skin yet.
