Regulating
My cycle has never been consistent no matter what I did but I think these really are helping. I’ve been taking them for 2-3 months now and I’ve been consistent every time! Definitely recommend.

It works if you take consistently
I have been taking this for several months now—maybe 6-7 months. I began taking Rowe Casa hormone balance and then began taking this. It really makes a difference when taken consistently. It helps regulate my periods and hormones while on the period. I have also noticed (around the second cycle) I had less cramps.

Good addition to my already set supplement list.
I will say this has made a difference. I also pair it with black Coach omega-3 DHEA call magnesium and testosterone. You have to tackle menopause from all sides. this addition has helped my anxiety and mood during the day, there isn’t any aftertaste, there isn’t any bad smell, they are pretty easy to swallow, which is big for me as I have issues, swallowing large pills and capsules. I still struggle with my sleep and so no change when adding this so I’m still on the lookout for something to help with that.

Seems to be helping with menopause symptoms. Not a silver bullet but any relief is good. A bit overpriced but it’s a captive market so we are stuck.

Doesn’t work
I bought these because I liked the Hippie brand. However, after taking a full bottle for 30 days, I have not seen an improvement in terms of hormonal balance. I actually noticed a worsening of mood swings, brain fog and I developed night sweats. I so badly wanted these to work but I’m afraid they’re no better than a placebo…or just the wrong combo of “natural herbs”. Pass on this one ladies.

I was using pure chaste tree which is very helpful with cramps, but adding in the other balancing herbs is even better!
