Nicely made and easy to install
After 5 years it is still smooth and a pleasure to use. The top tier comes off easily for cleaning, and I wish the bottom tier was as easy to remove, but this is a pretty minor complaint.

substantial, weighty, high quality construction
this is worth its premium price. it can be removed from its glider base just as you remove file cabinet drawers from their slides. that way you can access under sink area without having to uninstall the whole thing.

Shelves slide easily. Only 1 side clicks into place Missing screw.
The shelves slide easily but do not click into place easily. 1 side does but not the other. Noticed this before installing so loosened every screw on the frame, then tightened again. Didn’t resolve the issue. Installed in cabinet, trying to torque the squareness of frame while doing that. It didn’t help either. Still works but this was for my parents in their mid 80’s so smoother operation is better.Sliding shelves are easy to assemble and install in a cabinet, however a tiny screw (for the frame) was missing. I cut the box apart entirely, and looked thru all of the messy Styrofoam pieces. Having trouble finding a spare in my own supply that fits.Purchased last summer and just finally installed Aug 2025.

If I could marry a cabinet organizer
This would be the one. I had the most awkwardly small space under the sink between the side of the cabinet and the drain pipe. I was elated when I finally found something that was narrow enough to fit—perfectly. I bought it “out of box” to save a few bucks and had no problems.This thing single-handedly tackled the mutiny that was occurring underneath my kitchen sink and restored law and order. Several times per day for the last two years, it has flawlessly glided out from the abyss and offered me the various sponges, cloths, cleaning agents, and detergent pods I need to store back there. It has withstood some water damage as well, and I would not have ever known about it except that I went to clean it up recently from a second water incident. The whole time it suffered in silence and never said a word. Nary a squeak. That said, a serious water problem will eventually mess it up, so clean it up if you have a leak.To address a few concerns other reviewers have brought up about ease of installation: The thing is very solidly built, and as a result it is heavy. In order to do its job efficiently and properly, it needs to be securely bolted in place. This did present some challenge as the floor under our sink is thin plywood and needed some extra screws to be a more stable support. After that, I just followed the directions; the assembly was easy and everything worked beautifully once installed. There are 8 screws to bolt it onto the floor of the cabinet, then 4 screws with hex nuts to attach the rack to the slider. That’s it. This was my first DIY home improvement project. I guess I had to measure carefully, but other than securing the floor first, I had no problems. For several days/weeks following installation, I could be found sneaking into the kitchen to pull it out and give it a little flick to watch it slide back…so gratifying.
