This Victorian Style 4-Drawer Storage Organizer Unit in Black and Brown features a black metal frame and mid-century walnut wood grain top. The organizer includes two medium drawers at the top and two large drawers in brown that can be rearranged in the tower to cate a variety of looks. Aside from the top two drawers, the lower drawers can be placed in any order. The decorative wire arch on the top design has Victorian influences but also fits well into Mid Century Modern, Vintage, Traditional, or even Western styles. Made of durable metal legs and frame paired with durable wood finished in scratch-resistant wood grain laminate, cloth drawers, and plastic handles. Absolutely perfect dresser! Sturdy design, so easy to put together. Had it together in approx. 1 hour. Unlike other dressers, this unit used the perfect amount of vertical space instead of horizontal space. The drawers are fabric but are deep and can hold much more than anticipated. Easy in, easy out. Very attractive and will go any decor. The top piece arrived slightly bent from shipping but it’s not noticable from the back. Excellent purchase, highly recommend!

I wouldn’t buy these if I still had small children, but now that I don’t…this is plenty sturdy and nice. It’s not something (in my opinion) that you’d buy for a childs bedroom that they would be taking drawers out of often. I don’t think it would hold up well for that type of use. I had 5 boys tho..it would probably hold up fine for a gentle type child.I LOVE it for being an older person. It’s light and easy to move by one person. It’s much sturdier than you’d think. Very nice sturdy wood top. Not wobbly at all. The drawers are thick sturdy canvas type fabric with a thin board type bottom that you slide in. I could see it lasting forever with light use.

Nothing stopping cloth drawers from coming all the way out, so don’t put heavy stuff in drawers
It took me atleast 90 minutes to put the chest together. It’s easy to assemble, just time-consuming because there are 38 screws. It looks great and I’m glad I bought it but because the drawers are made of cloth and they come all the way out if you pull them, I won’t be putting anything even moderately heavy in them out of fear that one day, inevitably, someone will pull one all the way out and something heavy or sharp will fall on their foot causing injury. I won’t even put a pair of scissors in them or my metal 3-hole punch, for example (I think kid safety scissors are ok though) and my stack of blank printer paper is in a paper holder on the bottom shelf. I can think of atleast a couple ways the company could fix this: put a bar across the top railings that will catch on the back of the drawer so the drawer won’t come all the way out or sew a ribbon to the back wall of the drawer and loop the other end around the back bar on the frame so the length of the ribbon will stop the drawer from falling all the way out. If you have small children that climb on furniture or if you are planning on putting a tv on this, you definitely need to secure this to a stud in the wall since it is so narrow (and of couse, also secure the tv to the table using those tv straps). I’d say if you are planning on not overstuffing the drawers or putting only light objects in it, go ahead and buy this. If you do plan on storing heavier stuff in this or have a lot of stuff to store, buy something else that has solid drawers and a mechanism for catching the drawers so they won’t fall out and drop the heavy contents on your foot, etc causing injury.

Just love this little dresser. I have a very small guest room and needed something for guests to be able to use for storage. This works great and is very attractive.
