These are legit sent from heaven! They were recommended to me by a friend and have helped my breastfeeding journey so much! I store them in the fridge and use them after a pump or feed for extra cooling. They are very sticky and love that they are reusable for 24 hours, this gives value for money. If you are breastfeeding or pumping these are a Must have.

Amazing for postpartum!
So so comforting! Day three postpartum, and I was in a lottt of pain. These came to my rescue! I would put them in the fridge for extra cooling!

Great for pain relief and milk blebs!
These work great for softening the nipple and providing pain relief! I think the cooling effect helps with any swelling so these have come in very handy when I have a milk bleb+clogged duct.The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because the stickiness could be better – I have to wear a bra against this or it will peel off as I’m moving around.

Helps with pain a little, but the pads roll up
The idea is good, but the pads don’t stick well. During the day they do give some relief, but they just don’t stay in place long enough, and at night they slide off completely.

These provide amazing relief for sore nips after breastfeeding. As a first time mom I was very sore and these helped son much! Highly recommend. I wasn’t sure if they would actually work but they work so well and provide cooking relief. They’re large enough to fit anyone and were a great price!

A new mom must have!
As a first time mom, no one explained to me what to expect when breastfeeding or pumping. Let me be the one to tell you… you’ll want these!It’s very common to chafe, and sometimes cream doesn’t cut it. Hydrogel pads stick right over you and instantly provided relief from rubbing on clothes! They even protected my clothes when I would have a letdown. I could get about 2 days maybe 3 days of use out of one pair. I found that sticking them in the fridge for 15-20 minutes also felt amazing. Don’t put them in too long though because they don’t want to stick to you right away! I originally had a name brand version of these but couldn’t imagine spending that kind of money for 2 pair. These are definitely a better value, and they are a great quality!Besides new moms, these would probably be great for runners too!
